I've been using US BANK Corona branch for a few years since I opened my business . Usually you guys are spot on, this time you absolutely messed up . I over looked the address change errors your branch made on multiple occasions, but this is absolutely an oversight to detail. I came into the branch to change my business name , was told I needed to make an appointment. Once the appointment was made I arrived on time met with Kyle and Amanda to go over the needed documents, come to find out I needed to come back a second time to fill out the paperwork again in paper form not on the computer as the company name was long . WHY DID MY NEW DEBIT CARDS COME WITH MY OLD COMPANY NAME ON THEM!?!? Come on ... this was a waste of my time please fix this

I met with Dawn Galven today to open a business account. The personalized service I received was unlike any other "large" bank I have ever worked with. Everyone there was friendly and made me feel welcomed. Kyle, the branch manager was very helpful and gave me some great ideas and points about the business I am starting up. Dawn went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable about the products they offer that can help my business thrive. I enjoyed my experience so much that I have decided to move my personal accounts over to US Bank. It's like having the personal recognition and service of a credit union with the products of a "big" bank. Thank you Dawn and Kyle, looking forward to a long banking relationship!!!

We have been through numerous banks in the past. We have left the previous banks because of the lack of customer service where we felt like just a number. My family has been with U.S. Bank for the past 5 years because of the staff at their Corona CA branch at 3580 Grand Oaks. Just wrapped up my HELOC. I started it online and for the sake of keeping this review short....the online experience was horrible. However, Kyle and Dawn came in for the save at the bottom of the 9th inning. Kyle is the manager and Dawn is the assistant manager. When Kyle learned of my experience online he did everything he could to help. I ended up signing docs with Dawn who did a spectacular job of explaining our HELOC to us. The online experience with our HELOC was so horrible I was contemplating leaving U.S. Bank, but Kyle, Dawn and the military support U.S. Bank has were able to change that. I would not bank anywhere else. The mesure of a company is how they solve issues when they arise, not how long they can keep a customer happy.

This is my favorite bank. I've had a great experience with everyone who works there. I have to give a special shout out to Dawn G for going above and beyond to help me out! If you want something done correct and efficient, talk to Dawn. I recommend this bank to everyone, because they have the best customer service.

I have been AVOIDING going into the bank because it just seemed like the last thing I could get to every time I would say I was going to go. I got a random call requesting to make an appointment to come in so I did. I really Appreciated that customer service because It got me in to do what I had been needing to do. Dawn Galvan was so so nice and helpful. She wa s patient with me and walked me through all the things I felt d*** for not knowing without making me feel bad about it at all. I feel so much better now that I just got it done and so was able to get cash back I didn't know so had and update my outdated card so so could earn more perks! on top of the great experience I feel so much lighter getting that off of my to do list, finally! Thank you Dawn for calling and taking care of me! it was also really refreshing to be in person!! xoxo

Just had the worst experience. Had to walk out. Invasive questioning just to open a basic savings account. Combative and insulting new accounts lady. Lied about the Patriot law and opening an account. Treated us like criminals and made horrible assumptions.

First of all, I have to say that Dawn is AWESOME! I went in there to open and account under my LLC and she was very helpful and explained everything to me in details. Every time I have a question or need some assistance with my banking, I immediately email her and responds right away (that's what i call customer service)! Kyle, the branch manager will also be helping me with my PPP loan and guide me through the process. This is a great branch and i'm glad i was able to find it. I"m very satisfied! i give them ten ***** *****

Very dissappointed at how their customer service skills still have not changed. Sending in my boyfriend for the last 3 years and still very rude to him. We reside at the same address, yet that does not matter. No wonder they were closed. Is it legal for a teller to write in your name on your Deposit Slip, when I ( myself) am not present? That needs to be checked out by their Manager. I don't appreciate that. We won't be going to this bank again. I hated to give even 1 star. What happened to being kind & curtious? Hope they change that fast if they want good reviews and to stay open.
