Happy holiday December 5, 2023!! I love my bank. I have been with Downey savings and US Bank for almost 25 years.. Ryan is my banker I love him I had a thing happened to me last week when I put my credit card out instead of my debit card. They were the same color. Somebody tried to put on a charge, and when I did not authorize it.. yes, I had to call the car number. Yes, I called the corporate office but US Bank has always always stand behind anything.. It's a wonderful feeling when you walk in all the girls know your name I can't even imagine I got my husband to switch over from his bank to our bank. He loves the customer service. He loves the bank. Everything you are in great hands with U.S. Bank, Ryan and the girls I love you. Thank you so much for always being there and we're like family. We are family happy holidays Christina and Dan Williams.

The Indian girl samaya? at the counter was rude and said she couldn't help me with my card issue. I went to the branch on Magnolia about a mile away and they solved the problem in 15 minutes. Don't waste your time with rude remedial human ATM machines. Just go to a real branch.

Love these folks. they are so helpful and always giving a smile. I started with a business account and have since started CD and MM. They know me by name and always try to make my transactions easy and fast.

I just went into this branch to have a document notarized. There were 4 people there—including what appeared to be a manager. First they asked if I have an account (I have 5 accounts with US Bank), then the teller asked what kind of document (should be irrelevant). Then she asked the ‘manager’ and was told that we could not have a document notarized. I then asked why. I was told that there was only 1 notary (I only need 1 notary). I was then told she has another client (no one was there) and then they have to go to lunch. I reminded her that they close at 4:00. She THEN told me that they had to go to lunch. Then she finally told me I had to make an appointment.Incredibly poor customer service. All I was trying to do was have a document notarized by someone at my bank. It appears as though it is time to close my accounts.

This bank changes it's banking rules without telling you. I had an account for over 7 years but they changed the rules and now I paid penelties, when I told the manager Darie she said she can not do anything about it. Now I have no choice but to report them to consumer affairs and Bank regulators for violating customer's trust.

SLOW, MEAN, & INEFFICIENT!The lady manager was difficult in customer service. She was giving EVERYBODY hard time when customer asked for copy of bank statements when we never received one in mail. A lady before us also got POOR TREATMENT, took a long time, I can see she also was made embarrassed like we felt.This young lady spent 10 minutes typing whatever restrictions in our account, then told us she did this as exception today. I stood in line waited for 25-30 minutes before it’s our turn & that’s what I experienced when making a deposit to the account. Also, she INTENTIONALLY MADE MISTAKES BY GIVING US THE WRONG MONTH when most customers normally pick up & go, trying to walk away from embarrassment as quick as possible. Fortunately, I double check before walking out of Albertsons Market. And of course, needed to wait in line for additional 15 minutes while a gentleman was simply making 2 deposits with her.Don’t go into this branch to SUFFER for EMOTIONAL drama, I went there by chance when visiting UPS/USPS store in same shopping center. VERY FIRST EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION IS ALSO WORSE EXPERIENCE IN BANKING EVER IN MY LIFE. This lady didn’t even say sorry, nor happy New Year or thanks for waiting... none of any kind words from her.IF I WERE THE OWNER OF THIS BRANCH LOCATION, will FIRE HER. WHO IS SHE TO MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE A LOW LIFE, shame on her young & beautiful face with bitter personality. I watched her with 2 other customers & me, no reason for HER TO TAKE 40 + MINUTES OF ALL 3 of us in simply deposit & copy of statements. THE WAIT LINE IS TOO LONG & customers can feel she using her AUTHORITY to tell her subordinate co-league on what to do while line of customers waited at that time. CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS FROM US BANK, move funds TO OTHER BANKS IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF MANAGER WORKING FOR THEM.

Vons branch refused to open my business saving account Because branch will closing in 45 minutes. even i do have a business account with us bank I drove to ALBERTSON branch, Kasey Help me out even branch will closing in 20 minutes. Thank you KASEY

Will never go back to this location again! Andrea was rude and had a bad attitude. We been banking with US bank for over 10 years and have been to many branches in California and Arizona and never had this horrible customer service. She ask me for my license,social security number and job information to make a 500 deposit into my terminally ill wife's account. I told her she was the first person in over 10 years to ever ask me this. I don't trust her she might be trying to steal peoples information. I told her to forget and went to another US Bank and they didn't ask me anything.

I am a teacher, I have been on hold for the past 20 mins through the one period I dont have students. I am just trying to access my money and I cant. I also cant get anyone at your branch to talk to me on the phone! HIRE MORE PEOPLE. This is ridiculous

I went into this US Bank today and was completely shocked. I've been a member of U.S. Bank for over 30 years and never once have they treated me this poorly. After my experience at this grocery store bank I have decided that I'm going to end my time with U.S. Bank. The lady that helped me and I shouldn't even say help was arrogant unkind and snotty. Now I know all banks aren't like this US Bank. Sometimes it takes one experience to leave. This was that experience.
