I have banked with this particular US Bank in the past and had no problems. For some reason it was one thing after another. I know many people bank at this branch because of the convenience to Eastvale. I just had a very bad experience and it didn't stop. Myself and my business partner opened an account for our business. jasmine helped us and she was very kind. She did talk quite a bit and kept asking for the same thing more than once. Then when we looked things over we noticed only one of our names was on the account. She said she would send us our ATM cards because something wasn't working in the system and she would take care of it. We would get it in 10 business days. Once we went home and checked our account all we saw was my business partners name but thought maybe she was still working on it. Not real sure how it worked. We waited 15 days and never received our ATM cards. My partner called the branch and spoke with someone named Eric and he was rude and impatient. He said he couldn't help her and gave her an 800 #. She called that number they looked into the accounts and saw that my name wasn't on the account and the cards weren't even ordered. We needed to go back into the branch and take care of getting my name on it and get our cards ordered. Once that was done and I asked for a manager but they insisted they could handle whatever we needed. Fast forward to Monday, I received a call that we needed to come and sign the signature cards. I was confused because we signed the paperwork at last appt. But apparently not so I feel like I was dealing with people that didn't know what they were doing. They pushed me to cancel my account and take my money out. I can't go down there to keep signing and making an account legit that should have been legit months ago. Soooo I'm done with US Bank.

Katie, the branch manager, and Laura, one of the customer service tellers, were amazing. They followed through with everything they said they would do for my account (that was originally opened at another branch). They were both so helpful, especially Laura. She went above and beyond to reach out to the other branch and the US Bank credit card department to help me with a credit. A credit that was correcting another major issue pertaining to the company as a whole and other branches that did not do their job communicating to me, the client. While the company and other branches did not help me by making huge mistakes not communicating to me issues that would affect my account and balance, they did however make it a point during each of my visits to make time to up-sale me and get me to open up more lines of credit and loans. So THANK YOU Laura for all your help, excellent customer service, and changing my mind from closing my account. I appreciate you.

Good luck. The level of competence here is amazing. Glad I was only getting a letter saying I no longer have an account with them because this experience with this bank is horrendous. Good grief!

This is the second time I lost my bank card not only did they not cut my bank card off they had two active bank cards running at the same time I had no knowledge of that customer service is terrible Jasmine is Extremely rude she was very rude to me last time I was at the bank and was rude to me today the b**** thought I didn't catch it but I saw you throw my IDThat's why you guys are getting a f***** up survey on some real s*** because I spoke with the manager about the bankcard situation and she was going to handle it but no Jasmine had to go f*** up the situation and be rude as f*** now everybody's gonna know about US Bank Have a great day

I don't understand how I'm next in line and I'm 15 minutes in to a show on Netflix and all I keep hearing is thank you for your patience, I know your time is valuable. Anyway, the ratio of employees to customers was greater. I don't care what your title is, find out what the customer is there for. I only wanted to see if they had any fifty cent pieces or dollar coins (gold or silver). Ugh! I have an account, I don't have a lot at that bank but I still put a little over there periodically. I forget about that account. Although it's a very close bank it's not as convenient as it was pre COVID. I wish these businesses would stop using COVID as a crutch.

I've been banking with US bank for les thank half a year and I kid you not twice a month this atm is down. Super inconvenient since the lobby is closed due to Covid, fix your machine or just get a brand new one this is ridiculous

Fix your ATMs right the first time. Kind of ridiculous at least monthly this ATM is out of service. If the ATM keeps breaking maybe replace it? Understand that the lobby is closed due to covid don't understand the lack of maintenance since Covid.

Extra fees when trying to cash my check, only from this one, be aware, have gone to many others and never been charged, but when your not from the area I guess the teller will let you know.

Not surprised to see this branch only has 1 Star. I just went to open a savings account for my daughter. There were 2 people being helped when I walked in, no one else. I was told by the teller the bankers are busy and you should come back on Monday. Banking is banking, and customer service goes a long way. Whatever gentleman was working todayis in the wrong business.

I don't even bank here and this is the WORST bank I have ever been to. My wife's card got stuck in the ATM and the Manager "Katy Gray" not only refused to give the card back, but claimed it was destroyed (and refused to show me my destroyed card without authorization). What! I sat in the branch and asked to see the destroyed card she claimed was in a vacuum sealed bag with other destroyed cards? While sitting in the lobby other customers were complaining about service (not joking). An hour later she returned with my wife's destroyed card in a bag claiming she had received "authorization" to show us our destroyed property. Totally unprofessional! I called my bank to replace the card and they were absolutely shocked anyone would do such a thing. STOP BANKING HERE so this branch gets shut down.

Horrible experience. Stick with Chase, B of A, Wells Fargo when contemplating mortgage companies. US bank are inexperienced in this market unfortunately. Wasted 45 days of my time, and about $400 of non refundable monies at this point.

I've use this branch a few times which is conveniently located with in a lot of favorable shops as well as my local medical center. Unfortunately every time I come there seems to be an issue somehow someway with either the in-store branch or the ATM outside. Most recently I pulled up on a Sunday at 2 o'clock only to find that the ATM was not excepting deposits. On a weekend with no branch open this seems unreasonable since there is no branch to go into on Sunday to deposit a check. Every time I come here I'm hoping for something better to have them by each and every time I'm disappointed with something going wrong and not a good experience for a US branch

Worst branch I have ever been to! The customer service is awful I normally go to a branch closer to work, but this branch is more convenient when I'm not by the office. They always give me a hard time when making cash deposits for the business and I never have this issue at any other branch. And I have been in here often and have had the same tellers each time I come in. This is regarding a business account with them. Do not use this branch if you can avoid them go to another branch or maybe just use a different Bank altogether!!

Longest line and waiting time EVER. Came in because I reported a lost/stolen debit card, sat down to wait because tellers usually can't give out cards they send you to someone else, sat for 20 minutes nobody asked what I needed, asked a teller if there was someone who could help me and she made me get into a long line. Just to be sent to another person extremely rude and a waste of time. Won't be coming back to this location.
