The staff at this location does not know what they are doing! They lack of training to do their jobs. If you need notary services do not go here and lose your valuable time. The notary guy does not know even where his head is.

Great experience at this store! Staff was quick to help and had solution to my shipping issues. I felt like things were moving efficiently and other customers were promptly help as well. Cynthia went above and beyond to make sure my package was properly shipped . I will go out of my way to use this location!

A completely new change of staff took place within the last year and now I’d rather go to any other UPS location because it’s like waking into a college campus. I shouldn’t be walking in to staff openly using their cell phones making me wait a few moments while they finish a text or show their co-worker a meme in front of me. Printing copies here shouldn’t result in staff laughing because they don’t know how to do a basic print job. It’s so sad to see the change in staff make such a negative impact on this store. The previous staff was amazing. Retrain your employees please to act more professional around customers. It’s not asking for much.

Cheerful, respectful, grateful, thankful, knowledgeable stuff Bianca, Nick, Kirsten, Raymond and the manager (I think her name Cynthia) were all amazing and super friendly, they are always smiling and they love to help as usual they are my first point of shipping spot.

This location is the worst service I have ever experienced. I was giving a review for the Claremont location, but I couldn't get this review removed. Horrible customer service here. They even charged to drop of package already prepaid postage.
