Don’t go to this location and be careful from a girl named Paris there. Lied the printer was broken. Terrible attitude and customer service. I called in to ask if printing services they had and they had no issues with the printer a few minutes to make sure i was right. Sending customers elsewhere was enough to know what kind of people work at that place.

I went to the UPS Store on Magnolia Avenue in Corona with a digital shipping label, expecting them to print it so I could mail my package. Instead, I was told they “don’t have a printer or a computer” for customers and that I should go to FedEx to print it, then come back to ship with UPS.
Not only is this inconvenient (it turned my quick errand into a 20+ minute ordeal), but it’s embarrassing for UPS to send customers to a direct competitor just to complete a basic service. They used to have a computer for printing, but apparently, they’ve chosen not to fix it—cutting corners at the expense of customers.
UPS should be making shipping easier, not harder. This location seriously needs to rethink their priorities and invest in basic customer service tools.

The worst service ever I had in my life, the lady who was receiving the packages was rude, bad attitude, not helping at all, I had to print out the label for my package and she just said if you wanna use the computer 5 dlls first 3 minutes and if you don’t want it go to Fed Ex and print it out they charge less…I was speechless and walked away.

Man that little hottie with the tattooed knuckles….mmff! I was the dork with the nervous hands and inability to read simple shipping instructions.
Too bad I can’t come up with clever pickup lines that have anything to do with the shipping. But man I wanted to.

Customer service was terrible. Their print process and service is also sub par to other UPS store franchises that I’ve used to print. Also, once I printed and logged out of the computer the staff member said there was no way for me to get a receipt. Pretty terrible experience at this store. You can do better UPS.

Despite the very negative reviews this place seems to have, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that these are little more than rumors. Julissa was very helpful and kind, I just needed to print a label to ship out a package and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Outstanding customer service

The worst ups store I have been too. First she was very rude with short answers and not friendly. Told me she couldn’t print out my shipping label because the printer has been down for a couple months. How is this UPS it says WE PRINT and don’t have the print service for a couple months. Never will be back!

I had a time-sensitive print order at this UPS store, and it was a disaster. The employee didn’t know how to print or process a refund, and the manager was unreachable. My order was never completed, costing me hundreds of dollars and wasting over 2 hours. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere to avoid this frustrating experience.
