Customer service is extremely important to me. And when the manager themselves treat customers, rude… And are not compassionate, or helpful. That makes all the difference in the world. I will not be back to this location. The manager was not helpful, very short… And it wasn’t even busy in the store at all… I was the only one in there.

I'm leaving this location a Super Negative review. For the service I was given over the phone.I asked to be helped by the morning onsite Notary I explained my situation and what I needed.I Was given awful customer service experience, no compassion, and a we don't provide notary service.To the owner of this location get a new set of team members or train your staff adequately have you not seen your Yelp and Google reviews you guys provide delinquent service.

Very happy and pleased with the incredible service I received at this UPS location. A special thank you to both Maria and Diana for helping with the Notary Services, passport photos and other questions I had. Amazon returns are an easy breeze here. They have it all. Both Maria and Diana were very attentive and demonstrated such a positive happy attitude. Great place, great service! Cheers to this location.

Went into this store and was greeted by a rep by the name of Maria. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she explained all the steps I needed to take for a package return. She walked me through the process and and I was on my way in a matter or minutes. I highly recommend this store.

Nobody showed up for work. Got there at opening before work and not only was the cage down, but the lights were off and there wasn’t a single employee to be seen. Four other customers were already there and said they hadn’t seen anyone. I had to leave to get to work on time. Totally unprofessional.

Worst customer service, attitude from girls working there every time I go there.Edit: I’m forced to go to this store because UPS delivers my packages here when I’mnot at home for pick up. I’d rather go to any other UPS store in Corona.
