THE WORST! Don’t ever try and go to their salon, they don’t answer the phone first of all if you need appointment, I booked appointment with charity and they kept changing my stylist, I mean if I wanted any other stylist I would have booked it, I rebooked appointment 3 different times and then on the appointment day I get a call that she won’t do it. I mean seriously!! My daughter was so excited for her haircut now I have to book again! I booked charity because someone left the review saying she’s good at kids haircut! Worst ulta salon ever, stylist don’t know how to color or cut! Won’t ever be coming back!

Customer Service is great! Unfortunately the Manager lied to me, I was very clear I was not okay with a hard credit check but she told me it was a soft credit check for the Ulta card, now I have a hard credit check on my history. I shouldn’t have trusted the manager but they shouldn’t be allowed to make false statements either.

The ladies helping me at the sales floor were amazing when it came time to paying, cashier Hailey was so rude and disrespectful! Pretty much acting a Karen!!

Great experience here as we were looking for high spf facial sunscreen and new fragrances for a trip. The employees were very helpful and attentive as we went through at least 12 before landing on a couple Jimmy Choo and pink bottle of Versace... our excuse to get a free robe & towel. ?

Customers come to brick & mortar stores for the service! This location lacks staff that truly wants to help customers!I shouldn’t have to look for help when entering & staff are standing around.It’s also nice to be greeted , selective greetings are a bad look!Thank goodness Sephora is now at the crossings! Such a difference in customer service !

I come in as a guy and the staff immediately recognized that I needed help finding things for my wife. They directed me without trying to sell me on other stuff. A good experience when I just needed mascara and a face cream.

Don’t get me wrong the store is amazing and well organized however the customer service is disgusting. There was only one women who helped me and she was nice. But all the other workers just look at you with a disgusted face. They all huddle up in a group and talk. All they do is talk they don’t care about the customers. I hate coming here because I don’t feel welcomed.

Store is neat, usually well stocked. Employees attentive. Today though I went in gor Nars items for my summer look n travel. All they had was an end cap of items. No tinted moisturizer, which was #1 on my list. Bought another brand, will try it but if it lets me down, I will need to hunt around on the east coast.

This location will judge you based on your looks and assume you're trying to steal. I was looking at the cologne. I was approached by 6 different employees within 3 mins. Then the manager with the horrible clip on weave ponytail came up to me just staring at me. I thought it was another customer until I checked out and she was ringing out customers. Which made me feel even worse. After, I realized she was an employee-but a manager. She tried to sell me on a ulta credit card because I was spending over $200. Like a shady car salesman. So pushy! So irritating! Also embarrassing! The customers behind me scoffed when they heard her. This isn't customer service. Not a pleasant shopping experience will not be shopping with ulta ever again! Feel like returning my $250 purchase. Keep these antics up and you'll all be out of a job. Nobody wants to shop IN-STORE when you can buy online without all this racism, awkwardness and unpleasantness. Train your manager better! It starts at the top.

Coming in here is made extremely irritating by constant harassment by employees asking if you need anything every 5 seconds. I was asked if I was doing ok probably 10 times within the span of 20 minutes. After a while I just left and didn't finish browsing because it got so frustrating. If I need something, I will go up and ask.

Purchased some flat iron online for my niece and they were not the right ones. My niece went to this location to do an exchange and had issues with the manager as always. Please be mindful of Alex (Co-Sales Manager). She does NOT like Black people at all. This is the third time my niece have come to this location and been treated poorly. Alex is always the one that helps her and not the other women in there. I will no longer be spending my hard work earned money with the company at all. I will be reaching out to corporate.

I booked an appointment through their website and I get a call confirming an appointment on a different day and time (April 15 at 4:45 or something like that), and the appointment I actually booked isn't available, even though I have screenshot proof I booked this appointment. I know I booked it at the right Ulta because I booked it with my fav stylist. I was going to take my niece to get the haircut she wanted on Friday before her birthday party on Saturday but now I have to tell her I can't. This is the second time it's happened to me.
