Their traditional sauna is consistently down. It'll be fixed for a week and then get shut down for a few weeks. They offer the infrared as a substitute, but the temperature is no where near a traditional sauna. Disappointing to say the least.

I’ve got to give a huge shout out to Eric my personal trainer. My experience has been nothing short of awesome. I have used personal trainers before, but never that have really taken the time to understand my needs and to really educate me in my health and fitness journey. Additionally, I want to give a shout out to the general manager, James. Super awesome guy, with great energy. I totally recommend you stop by and invest in yourself at this gym. The vibe here is awesome!

The instructors at this facility really make this place! (Including Cheryl, Edwin, Alyssa, Lee and Noah) The gym has a great community of members and staff, and it’s one of the things that makes me sad for moving out of the area.

Illegal harassment!
This gym has sent me unlawful marketing communications. I had this issue with them several years ago, but I was able to get them to stop. Unfortunately, they started again.
They send their members email marketing without an unsubscribe button or information on how to be removed from the list. This is illegal and violates the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
I replied to their email, politely pointing out the violation and warned them I would be reporting them if I received anymore. I never got a reply and instead I received another unlawful marketing email from them.
I know my complaint probably looks dumb to a lot of people. Most people just ignore marketing emails. However, think of how many people you know that have inboxes with thousands of emails. Maybe your one of them. Aren't you tired of sifting through hordes of junk to get to what's important?
Even though it's a small thing, the small things add up, and it's thanks to business like UFC Gym, that emails have just become digital piles of junk that we have to spend our valuable time sifting through.
I'm not going to tolerate this, and I'm going to make sure UFC Gym complies with the law. Nobody deserves to be constantly inundated with harassing ads from greedy and selfish businesses.
It's pushy and greedy behavior like this why gyms have such bad reputations. It seems that UFC Gym is no better.

After going back and forth between signing up for a gym. I’m really glad I picked this one!! Super big! And clean! And if you have kiddos, their kiddo center is huge and clean!! Loved it! Also, Brandon Roybal was awesome in making me feel comfortable and confident in joining! He wasn’t pushy either! Which I really appreciate! Thank you guys again!! ?

One of my favorite gyms! Staff here is friendly and helpful. The gym is always clean and has great equipment. If something isn’t working they take it right out of use and replace it promptly. I love their new recovery room. It’s an extra fee add on, but it makes the experience so much better and give you lots of options for your recovery needs.
