This is the worst U-Haul dealer you would ever experience when you get there first thing they do they try to rep you off by adding more money to your reservation so for example, if you make one day reservation, they will try to track you by making it two days. Be careful second of all they have so much attitude and very rude and their service when you drop off the equipment they make you wait like 20 minutes because they are busy fixing cars because the Mechanic employees are the same employees for U-Haul

Reservations are allowed to be made even for days in which the office is closed (Sundays). When we arrived, there was only after hour drop-offs but no pick-ups which were very inconvenient and we had to drive all the way to Riverside to stay on track with our time frame. The gas attendants across the shop in the same center that collect drop-offs weren't able to assist. We had great service/friendly customer service at A Storage Place (4188 Pierce St, Riverside, CA 92505)

Bad Service.....i called to get the oil changed and quoted me price over the phone. Once the oil change was done they charged be $20 more than the price quoted over the phone. It would be cheaper for me to do oil change at the dealer as they were cheaper. This is wrong was of doing business and cheated the customer to get more business. Will never come again.

Not at all happy overall with U-Haul. We made reservations over the phone and even did application to guarantee that we would pick up or we would have to pay $50.00 or if they didn't have the U-Haul we would get the 50.00. So the send a text saying that they didn't have a U-Haul on 6th in corona so they send us an address that was not the correct one. We get to the U-Haul to address given and it's close. We called and they kept sending me to different people. Just kept giving passing the the call, every one just saying sorry but not really helping. The even passed the call to British Columbia.We finally made it to destination and picked up U haul and we went with guy to check it. Everything looked good we signed the little form and with 1/4 of gas. They don't put gasoline in the U-Haul. My husband went to put gas and as he was arriving the neighbor told him that u haul was leaking a lot of gas. He checked and yes it did. We called the u-haul and they told me we had to call roadside assistance. FYI our pick up was scheduled at 8 am but happen after around 9. We called the road side around 10 and arrive a round little after 11. Left to pickup parts at dealership. We finally called and told them we wanted to cancel and wanted our money and payment of gas also. They passed the call again and got our money back. FYI the guy at this place new the U-Haul was bad because he wrote it on the form but failed to let us know. There was a few of the dispatcher that didn't really have a since of urgency to help they sounded bothered especially one that I told her she needed not to be rude if anything I should be the one. I do want to thank one girl who tried everything to help and was really nice but didn't get her name as well. Just got to say this was overall the worst experience ever. To be able to post had to give one star but they didn't even deserve that.

This place rips people off that are desperate to move. This place does not deserve even one star. The employees are lazy and don't disclose charges.

Had to return a truck here, and it was a nightmare to find. There's no signage to identify it from the street, and no convenient place to turn a big truck around when you miss the one entrance. Finally, someone nearby told us where to turn in, and it's a low visibility dirt lot adjacent to a large gas station. Again, not visible from the road at all.
