“I had issues uploading photos upon return of the truck rental. Every time I tried to upload, it kept buffering and I was not able to submit. I also had issues with reserving my rental through the app. Whenever I tried entering the time or date of the rental, the app crashed. I was only able to submit request by pulling up a past reservation and changing the reservation information to what I needed. If it wasn’t for a past reservation, I would not have been able to reserve through the app.”

“Very good experience with this U-Haul on a Tuesday morning pickup. Got to my reservation late, but there were plenty of trucks still available for what we reserved. Was impressed with how well the manager handled a line of customers two at a time. Service was courteous and professional and really made a good start to a big moving day. Rented a 15 foot truck and everything was good dropping off was good too and the guy who checked me in was courteous too”
