The guy ordered something for us online he couldn't multi task and he ordered something completely wrong make sure they are not doing more then one thing we had to go back today to exchange it and now we won't get it in time for our trip and of course they didn't care why would they offer anything additional like expedited shipping or overnight shipping...for their mistake terrible service go to the one in Riverside they actually have competent employees.

Super nice staff, very helpful. Clean & quiet store. Came in to buy my husband a salty crew shirt, and left with three pairs of sandals, 2 salty crew shirts, and 4 tube tops lol. I will definitely be back!

Went to Tilly’s today and I immediately was greeted by the employee which was at the front of the store. I was shopping for a bathing suit and Taylor was very helpful, friendly and courteous she assisted me in finding the right size for my bathing suit. The employees which were assisting in the dressing room area were also very attentive and friendly! I would definitely go back to this location as ALL of the associates were very helpful and customer service oriented! Thank you!

Very Rude employees!!! Went to return a backpack and the sales clerk was very rude and lack professionalism. Will not go back to this location or the store. Quicksilver in norco have way better quality clothes but especially their customer service.

A bunch of teens were working here on a weekday when it was slow and there were 2 other people in the store and the cashiers were huddled up by the cash register having casual conversations. I walk around the store looking for another employee to help me with something, then when I didn't see any other employees and walked right up to them and asking for help and they kind of just stared at me like 3 deers in headlights. Then finally one girl snapped out of it and helped me out without a smile or a "Yeah sure I can help you with that", they kind of just acted like "how dare you interrupt my extremely interesting convo and make me actually do my job". One girl even looked me up and down which I ignored because as an obese teenager she probably had body image issues and was just using my healthy body weight as a goal for herself in the future, who knows. Teens will be teens a lot of them are moody and don't want to work so I didn't take any of that personally, the real issue is the hiring manager making the decision to hire them and thinking it'll be profitable for the store. Why would I come to this Tillys again after getting customer service that was this bad? What's stopping me from going to the Tillys at Tyler mall which is 15-20 mins away? Based off of this Tilly's location many other reviewers agree. Again, the employees aren't to blame it's managements responsibility to hold them accountable and offer more training if need be.

the girl with brown hair and blonde streaks, so rude and not helpful at all. the store was empty so idk what was up with the attitude. if you don't wanna work then don't work. why work in retail if you're not interested in accommodating customers or being welcoming. 0 stars to that girl.

I walked into this store about 12 minutes before they closed. No one bothered to welcome me in or tell me they were closing, they just dimmed the lights and when I asked about trying clothes on said the fitting room was closed. So I had a bunch of items I took to the register because obviously I can't try them on. As I gave them to the sales person Reba, he turns around looks at his coworker and sighs. Ok I let it go, I get it you're about to close. I worked retail so I know at the end of the night we want to go home. I told him I didn't want two other items and he gave me the dirtiest look ever, then rang me up, handed me my bag and ignored me. No "thank you, or have a nice day". So I let his coworker next to him know because I heard her giving orders, so I'd assume she's the manager. She literally just looked in aww and said sorry. As a manager in retail you better make sure to offer more than a fake "sorry" and let me walk away. Terrible service, I won't return.

I had a great experience at Tillys with the nicest employee named Dylan he was so kind greeting everyone everyone as they came in, offering is utmost help, and was offering to go back and forth to switch out sizes if things didnt fit properly or helped direct me to the clothes i was looking for. He is an outstanding worker setting high expectations for others employees!

I like coming to Tilly's my son like the clothes from here and we always get good prices and deals but today I come and spend $224.06 and the chick at the register is such a un pleasant employee no greeting no nothing I've never ever had any issues at this store but honestly please teach this chick some manners.. The name is Brandon on the receipt but the store manager or who ever should know... 10/24/2021 5:47:42pm who it is. No need to call me just please check your employees. Thanks

I'll keep this "PG". I never go to tillys and don't plan to ever again. Hunter (who knows if that's his real name) is disrespectful and discriminates. This place is a joke for hiring someone who can't even be professional. An employee should show respect all potential shoppers, regardless of race, religion. It says a lot about his character and the company he works for.
