I am very disappointed with my recent door and frame order with Thompson My delivery was canceled at 2:35 pm the day before it was scheduled to arrive. The frame was ordered to be punched and dimpled for wall anchors it was not. The door locks didn’t come with the door delivery and showed up 3 hours later. The deadbolt was prepped upside down on my doorI was promised a refund on my delivery and a new door. It has been over two weeks. Now they won’t return my phone calls. I still don’t have my new door or my refund
