I had to move and had so many misc. boxes to ship. The UPS store was very helpful in getting these from my car all the way to being shipped off. Took a lot of stress off of my mind.

Always accommodating and very friendly. Josh took me in today even after they had just closed to save me the trip from coming back. Was able to return some spectrum equipment with ease and convenience. Super cool staff and will always keep coming back

The 180-degreee improved customer service! My family and I had stopped coming to this location many months ago after a horrible experience even though it was the closest to our home. Yesterday, we were in a real hurry and had no choice but to quickly send something here, but--lo and behold--we were so glad we did! Annie the new manager took care of me as well as all the other customers with impressive efficiency and courtesy, while Josh took care of my Amazon return quickly and pleasantly. I am so pleased with the new ownership and management. My whole family will be frequenting this UPS Store location from now!

I recently took a large antique clock and a desk here to be packed and shipped to Texas. The manager on duty then could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The clock and desk arrived incredibly well packed and in great shape. Thanks for the great service!

I stop in almost every day to drop off packages and every time I stop in Annie and the rest of the staff welcome me with a smile. They are professional, courteous and I always look forward to coming in to say hi ?
Oh! Also, one day I accidentally dropped off a FedEx package and Annie was able to contact us (Our business number was on the shipping label) to let us know of the mix-up. She offered to hand it to FedEx but I was near by so I picked it up. She went above and beyond to help, she's the best!

Shipped a small package on a Saturday for next day $150 and it arrived on Monday. Now the owner said there’s nothing they can do that I should have read my receipt. The clerk never told me that UPS doesn’t deliver on Sunday. She even asked me specifically what time I wanted the package delivered on Sunday.

I am a regular customer things change. I’m disappointed. There’s never happened to me before. Things have changed in their new management new workers to me not professional. I was there May 13 Took some stuff in they checked it and Two days later, they were knocking my door dropping off something that I dropped off
un professional. I don’t know something going on in there I never had this issue before. Dropping off returning Amazon stuff two days later it was returned to me. What kind of job is that you tell me I miss the other ladies They were nice. They were kind you can tell they love their job.
