From my experience with Sunrise, the initial contact was made with Mass. she is very amicable and very helpful. She worked with us to be able to schedule the initial tour of facility and provided program information. My two girls were fascinated and excited from the initial tour. The enrollment process was very easy and Mass was very helpful and patient. My girls have since started and this far, no complaints.

Director had an attitude when I went in to get pricing. She acted high and mighty!!!! No need for it. I wouldn't bring my kid here if it were my last option. Cheap prices though compared to other daycares. But if director is a (BLEEP) I wonder how the teachers are!

I called to do a tour, Angela was short with me. I went there Angela seemed like I disturbed her. No inviting even for a second. Maybe she didn't have time ?? Anyhow , Not a pleasant first impression to somewhere that I considered sending my child. I'll pass on this one.

After weeks of researching daycares for my 3 month old I finally settled on Sunrise. I went in to take a tour of the facility, I was given a tour by Ms.Angila she was so nice and reassuring and informative. Once a spot opened up it was very easy to register my daughter. I also met with the infant teachers who were so kind and again reassuring because as any parent knows, having to leave your baby with someone else comes with a lot of anxiety. But everyone who I've come in contact with has been so nice and reassuring and just pleasant and has helped put me at ease about the whole situation. So thankful for this facility and the faculty.

I will like to thank all of the sunrise staff for making us feel welcomed to there center during these times. Mrs Angila was really helpful and answered all of our questions and concerns during the enrollment process. My son is happy attending everyday and always returns home with a smile. I will highly recommend to any one looking for a daycare center for their children and will look forward to a great summer with them.

HORRIBLE 1st & 2nd impressionsLeft a voicemail to get more information on availability & pricing Waited for a response, nothing. Called back again and after the 3rd phone call I was able to speak to someone on the phone I let them know I was just following up since I hadn't received any callsShe said ok and remained silent I let her know my child's gender & age She asked a few questions about potty training and schedulesShe began to try and set up a time to tour the facilityI agreed and asked if I could have pricing now to know if it is in with in my budget or not She said no that right now they are not doing it over the phone. I asked why & she responded with "I do not know" We went back to discussing your times, I let her know I work full time and gave her my availability, she said they only do tours at specific times. I once again reiterated I work full time and unfortunately wouldn't be able to make that time if they could accommodate me The response i received was " no" followed by silence I thanked the rep for her time and ended the callFinding genuine daycare is already a heavy load in itself for a parent Things like this do not help I never got to experience the facility or any other staff but this spoke enough

My 2 year old son comes to this place and he loves to come here ,he has learned so much and he really enjoy coming here .I will definitely recommend this place.

Maybe be weary of having them pick your children. I just saw a woman in the van speeding in the parking lot at CCA with kids in the back who were NOT buckled in. One of the kids was sitting up and moving around the backseat.

I wish I could have said the same as the other reviews, unfortunately our experience wasn't the greatest.Pro: I have to say the best part of this preschool was the owners. They were the most kind and understanding people very warm and couple. That was truly the best thing about the preschool.Con: My kids were only there for a month and our experience with some of the staff wasn't the greatest. I wasn't aware of my children being split into separate classes, even when I would ask about how they were doing I would get a lot of sarcasm remarks like "You know how your kids are" or very minimal information. I think the communication aspect could have been much better. The vibe isn't always friendly, something seems off about this place, many of the staff looked upset or angry or just didn't want to be there and I did see the favoritism with certain parents there.Also they charge for lunch so that was an added plus for cost.You can call me old school, but I didn't like the system way of logging in via through a card. Sometimes I wouldn't have it and they charge if you don't login using their system.My best advice is to start adding new staff and teachers. There were very few that I felt were engaged with the students.This is an honest review and not pointing the finger, but I do think this preschool does have good potential and opportunity for growth.To the owners, It was hard to communicate with your staff who already didn't treat us fair. I wish I could have talked with you personally, but I just wanted my kids out.Like I said before great owners, staff could use some readjusting.

We absolutely love this school! The Director is amazing as are all of the staff. Most of the teachers have a great pulse on the children. There are a ton of fun activities throughout the year during school, as well as outside of school hours. This is a place that you walk into and see smiling faces on the children and parents! I can't say enough about this school!!!I am very pleased. At first impression, when I toured the school, the director spoke about preschool learning and behavioral expectations, as well as all the fun and enriching play/social activities they provide. She spoke in concrete terms and made me feel confident my child would have an enchantingly fun introduction to schooling

We were hesitant to return to this day care after the Bixby Oaks fiasco a couple years ago, but after seeing that it was under new ownership/management we decided to give it a shot. We have been very happy with the service, activities and attitudes of the staff at Sunrise. Our girls enjoy going and talk about how much they like their instructors. I would recommend this business for childcare services.
