Horrible experience with them. They even don’t have good phone number to call, no customer services at all once you paid them. I don’t know how to get hold on them in regards to my micro inverter issues. Anybody has a good working phone number to reach out to them? There is even no phone number in google.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE Company! Stay clear from this company! It's been 2 years and they still haven't finished installing my solar system on my home properly. They put my batteries in a spot that was not permitted and tried to blame it on me. It's been 15 months and they still haven't fixed their mistake. The project manager Erica ignores my emails and calls, voicemail is always full. Customer service number no longer exists. They are TRASH avoid them at ALL Costs

I strongly urge anyone considering using this company to install solar panels to look elsewhere.In 2019, we bought a solar panel roof from Sunergy Construction Inc. However, the construction team did a poor job and our roof immediately leaked in 2020 directly underneath the area of solar panel installation. Despite their promises to repair the leak, Sunergy never sent out a repair team and we were forced to pay out of our own pockets to fix the damage.To make matters worse, in Winter of 2022, we experienced more roof leaks. We hired independent third-party contractors to inspect the roof, and they determined in writing that the solar panels were incorrectly installed by Sunergy Construction Inc. We tried repeatedly to contact Sunergy to address their mistakes and liability, but they refused all calls, emails, and other communication.In the end, we were forced to pay $10,000 out of our own pocket to replace part of our roof. It's clear that Sunergy Construction Inc is a scam of a company that does not prioritize their customers' satisfaction or safety. Save yourself the headache and financial burden by choosing a reputable company to install your solar panels.

Sunergy failed to help us reboot our panels. We tried getting a hold of them for almost a year even through our bank who did the loan and no luck. The numbers and their website no longer work, numbers in out contract are disconnected. so frustrating. Finally a got a hold of John Mitchell the co owner ( i got his number through another yelp review) and he told me that they are going out of business to text him my info and that he will contact me. He did nothing.. DO NOT GET YOUR SOLAR PANELS THROUGH THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE NO ETHIC OR RESPONSIBILITY NO WONDER THEY ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS

Imposible to get a hold of anyone. Panels installed a while back and stopped working. Trying to schedule an appointment for more than a month and nothing. I even got the contact of the current owner Jonathan Mitchell (619-581-2288 jonathanmitchell@sunergy…) and after talking to my wife on the 1st call he started ghosting her. Then I started calling and same treatment after 2 days. No answer to calls, texts or emails. Avoid like the plague.

Our experience is ongoing and frustrating. Do yourself a favor and find a better rated company, we wish we had looked further. Waited and waited, they aren't into customer service. Surprised when we were served with a mechanic's lien on our house because they Didn't pay their supplier. Not enough panels to cover our needs, even though we had found ways to cut our usage before the installation. LG battery was installed, but not working, an employee told us that was because of an issue between LG's dc battery and the inverter. They sent a guy out, and they want to believe it's fixed, but the battery doesn't work, salesman accidentally told me it won't, and the company wants me to return it to LG under the warrantee, but that's wrong because it never worked. We're still waiting.........

Been trying to get ahold of this company since mid November 2022. Today is January 2nd 2023 and their customer service department voicemail is setup saying they are in training November 17th, 2022 through November 25th, 2022. Tried emailing, calling etc. and no response. Contacted BBB that has been trying to reach them as well. We have a couple leaks from the solar panels and need them to come fix the issue asap.

Steer clear of this company, they are the absolute worst!! Do not waste your time and money with these guys. Very irresponsible and rude office staff and installers. This company does not care about you and will cut corners where they can. They ruined my roof inside and out during installation. Had significant water damage due to rain because of the holes they drilled to mount the panels. The owner Matt Dunbar refused to reimburse for covering the cost of his companys mistake!! I will continue giving bad reviews on all platforms until they make it right. Also filing complaints with the BBB and the CSLB! This company will do more harm than good to you.

Figured I’d balance out the fake reviews giving this company 5 stars. Impossible to reach anyone at the company. We had 4 or 5 different “project managers” when they installed our system and it took months longer than estimated. Avoid at all costs
