The woman answering calls is awful. I wouldn't be caught dead buying anything from this place let alone tires. Disgusting customer service at its worst.

I was referred to Southern Tire Mart in Corona, CA to purchase and install six new tires on my motorhome. When they were lifting the rear of the vehicle one of the jacks slipped and the motorhome jerked severely to one side before it settled in an uneven position. Afterwards I noticed it was on an odd angle jacked up higher on one side than the other from the rear. At the time I did not think much about it. They completed the tire installation and I drove home. When I got home, I noticed my left front chrome center cap had fallen off and the tire losing air, my rear wheel valve stems were not positioned properly, the main kitchen slide no longer opened and the kitchen countertop was pulled away from the wall with the caulking seal now broken. When I tried to operate the slide, it started chattering and would stop. I immediately called Southern Tire Mart and spoke to Moises S., my salesperson to report these problems and to let him know I never had a problem with my slide before. I then provided him with many pictures and videos which clearly displayed the problems. Moises was very pleasant and receptive and led me to believe they would take care of it and I should take it in for inspection/repairs. I took it to Giant RV in Wildomar because they have technicians that specialize in American Coach motorhomes such as mine. I was told the slide was found knocked out of adjustment causing the slide to bind and wobble which caused the counter top to pull from the wall. I asked Will H. the service advisor at Giant RV if he had seen this problem before caused from improperly lifting a coach and he said yes. Giant RV adjusted the slide, resecured the countertop to the wall and replaced the caulking. I paid the invoice and the slide now works as designed with the countertop tight to the wall looking like it did before. Afterwards I submitted my paid out-of-pocket expense invoices to Southern Tire Mart, I was told after multiple conversations with the service manager Nick S. they would not take care of it or assume any responsibility what so ever claiming they could not have caused any of the damage. Shocked by this treatment at the store level, I then called the corporate office in Columbia, Mississippi. I spoke to a very nice receptionist who told me I needed to talk to and/or email Kent Saucier regarding this type of issue. I left two phone messages and a follow-up email and still have had no response. Today I sit with an incomplete tire installation, and out of pocket just under $900 to have the damage repaired. 04/10/23Call to purchase 2 continental 295/75R/22.5 16-ply tires.The quote I got from the guy with installation in the San Bernardino area was $2150 and something not including any taxes yet.The truth is that the treatment over the phone and with such absurd prices I can only say that they are not professional at all.Look for your tires somewhere else if you don't want them to get stolen.

Just had 4 new tires installed on my travel trailer and Diego and Andrew did an amazing job and faster than expected. Not only did they arrive early, they were able to get the job done quick and professionally with torquing down the lug nuts as required. The convenience of the service they offer with mobile tire installation is simply amazing and I will stay a customer for life. Thanks again for a fast and professional job guys. Keep up the great work!

Jay you are the best great attitude, great service, and valued. I truly appreciate you for fixing all four of my tires and have to run back and forth and still complete an excellent job. Friendly and eager to help. I went there to get the cross threaded inner duel tire stem replaced on my Class A rv. The tech, Ethan(?) remove the tire in record speed and fixed the thread by putting the extension tube straight. No need to replace the stem! He put the tire back in no time. He also taught me few thing about my bud nuts and torque numbers. I am so grateful of speedy and down to business work ethic they have here. I highly recommend them.

Best experiences with them. When I need new tires they can have them next day (if I I know ahead) and they come to my house which is so convenient. They have been very kind and quick if I have needed emergency help with flats. Competitive prices, great customer service.

I had a rapid deflation on the freeway on my Ford F-150 truck. I took my pick up to for evaluation to see if the tire could be repaired. The tire was repaired quickly! The spare was placed back it place and most impressive, the repaired tire was mounted and hand torqued; very professional! Efrain and Beto handled every aspect of the job on a timely, friendly and professional manner!

Moises and Edgar helped me out. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and Edgar was the installer. He came to my house and installed them there. He was awesome and did an amazing job in record timing. Thank you guys.
