Excellent customer service and bathroom access available 24/7. Particularly Gracy goes above and beyond. This should be an example for other gas stations. Thank you so much!

This is my frequent pit stop between LA and Palm Springs which I travel to and from frequently now, always great service, clean restrooms, and lots of coffee/snacks at any time of the day and night. This gas station literally has a guardian angel over it as the restrooms and coffee have always been open even since Covid. They’re probably getting tired of me lol but this gas station has saved me several times traveling to and from LA and Palm Springs, whether I need a restroom, coffee, snacks, or gas, they always have it and I truly feel bad for needing to make this my emergency pit stop on my weekly to bi-weekly trip between LA and Palm Springs. But I’m so grateful it’s here and that they always provide their service with a smile, even when they’re tired or just plain out of it

The cashier tried stealing money from my card, I'm pretty sure he saved my card info and tried to take away money. A charge of 80 something tried and my bank declined it. Don't go here

Be very careful. I just learned that someone from this shell location fraudulently made 2 charges to my debit card totaling $250. I was never at this address and my bank insists that the charges were made from this shell at this address! I called to report the theft over 3 hrs ago. The guy who answered the phone said the manager isn't there and he wasn't allowed to give me the managers name. My husband and I have called numerous times and the manager hasn't been there for over 3 hrs. We called both corporate and regional offices as well as corona police and have not received a call back from anyone. This clearly wasn't a pump scanner and appears to have been done by an employee.

These two gas stations easily charge $0.30 - $0.40 more PER GALLON than other local gas stations. They're extortionists.

I need to retain a civil rights attorney. I have filed a formal complaint against shell company. I went to this Shell gas station yesterday. I walk into the store and asked for propane and I was about to walk back out because they normally need to fill it out before you pay. I will stop before I walked out by the person behind the counter letting me know that the machine does not work and it gets fixed next week. I didn't say not one word disrespectfully I didn't say a word at all. And I walked out and then I noticed that you can exchange your propane and so I decided that I walked back in and pay $26 and I do an exchange. When I got to the counter and I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I can do an exchange for $26. I was just been interrupted by who I now know was the owner who was standing to my right, which was not behind the counter and he asked me if I had a problem. I said I didn't say anything. He said that's right you didn't say anything and it's what you didn't say now get out of my store. He said he had the right to refuse service which he does and I said to him let me make sure I understand this correctly you are kicking me out of the store for what I didn't say? And he said yes it is what she didn't say now leave. He didn't get one disrespectful word from me at all. he didn't get any word from me and I didn't yell I didn't say anything rude or anything and I got kicked out of the store because he didn't like the look on my face. Because he saw frustrating look on my face and threw me out.

I went to this Shell gas station today and as I always do since 2008, I purchased propane from the Shell station. I walk into the store and asked for propane and I was about to walk back out because they normally need to fill it up before you pay. I got stopped before I walked out by the person behind the counter letting me know that the machine does not work and it gets fixed next week. I didn't say not one word disrespectfully. I didn't say a word at all. I walked out and then I noticed that you can exchange your propane and so I decided that I walked back in and pay $26 and I do an exchange. When I got to the counter and I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I can do an exchange for $26. I was then interrupted by the owner who was standing to my right, which was not behind the counter and he asked me if I had a problem. I said I didn't say anything. He said that's right you didn't say anything and it's what you didn't say now get out of my store. He said he had the right to refuse service which he does and he told me to leave. I said to him let me make sure I understand this correctly you are kicking me out of the store for what I didn't say? And he said yes it is what you didn't say now leave. I didn't get disrespectful , he didn't get any of that from me at all he didn't get any word from me, and I didn't yell. I didn't say anything rude or anything and I got kicked out of the store. I would advise all not to go to the store the owner treated me so disrespectfully. I am a veteran and I am a retired veteran and I truly don't deserve to be treated the way I was treated today. I am so hurt. Right now I am still crying. I have filed a formal complaint with corporate but I just wanted to let everybody know that you should not go to that shell gas station and give him your business he is not nice. If I could give him less than the one I would. Now for the rest of the time that I live at this gated community right here by this gas station which is the only place that you could get propane nearby, I'm going to have to go somewhere else to always get my propane now instead of my local community corner store. I don't use Facebook anymore but I have a Facebook account and I think I'm gonna log into Facebook and every little community page that represents Corona I am going to let everybody know that this business in corona is horrible. Every single Facebook page I can find. also, tomorrow when I have the energy and I muster up the energy from my anger right now in my heart I am also going to call the Better Business Bureau and report them to the Better Business Bureau as well and anybody else I can think of.I just found this business when I googled too, so on Google I am going to post my review there as well about this company and how I was treated. I see if I said something to this man or to anybody disrespectful and he even admitted that he threw me out for what I did not say. Because he didn't like the look on my face. Because he saw frustration on my face that I had to go to another store and get propane because I'm throwing a huge party tomorrow and I was just a little frustrated, so yes he saw the look on my face and threw me out.

Just got a notice from my credit card company that someone both Shell and next door Chevron have attempted to purchase gift cards. Bastards aren't even checking IDs for credit card purchases.
