I read all the complaints of this Shell gas station but for me, I didn’t have any problems here! The staff were nice and friendly, the pump I used was working good. I do feel like the place could use a bit of cleaning, maybe because there’s so much construction going on around there. Either way it was a good experience for me here.

I have a 10 gallon tank (a VW Beetle) and I had 1/4 tank when I pulled in... so tell me how I end up with 10.2 gallons of gas and I NEVER top off!?

There was a paper at the pump that says "sorry , only regular gas is available". So i pump regular gas. The gas meter at the pump charged my credit card, but when i drove my car, i realized there was no gas in my gas tank, my gas meter ( in my car) did not moved at all. The red light at my car gas meter was still there. After 13 miles of driving I had to stop at another gas station to pump gas. I called the gas station four times but no one pick up the phone. i was at bit wary why there was no car at the gas station except my car. I will try calling again

Although convenient location, prices are high being next to FWY & car wash not good and vacuuming is worse will not use car wash service here again. One nice part is young man they have to towel dry your car since the car wash didn’t work properly

Great gas prices! But the cashier could not give a flying #$#% about nothing she didn't have an answer for none of the questions I was asking her and didn't seem like she even care to find out or entertain me and my question...sssmmmhh. Yes it's 4:00 a.m. I'm tired too I've been dashing all night do a little better!

Stay away!!!! The car was does not work and you will not get a refund from the gas station office. While driving through the area we went in for a drive through car wash in this Shell. The car wash entrance was all decorated with balloons, we paid for a super car wash and went in but the car wash won't start. We went in to the office and told the only employee there that we paid for the car was but it is not working. He refused to give a refund even though he agreed that the car wash was defective. The excuse was his manager wasn't there??? They should have put a closed sign on the car wash so customers don't end up paying for something that did not work. The employee asked us to come next day for a refund but that was not possible for people who are driving through. I can't tell if this is an elaborate ploy to defraud customers or if it's just that the don't care. We will be disputing with our credit card company but I would advice all customers to stay away. I also did not look at the previous yelp reviews before going in. My bad.
