Horrible experience. Made a reservation 8 days in advance, which should have guaranteed our truck. Scheduled a 7am pickup time since we were moving out of state. The day before pickup, we were told they could not guarantee our truck and that our reservation had been transferred to the Norco location, which didn't open until 9:30 AM, far too late for us since we had a very long drive ahead of us. My husband drove down to the 6th Street location, spoke to a very nonchalant and dismissive employee whose name I wish I had gotten. He sent my husband over to the Norco location. When we got there, the agent could not pull our reservation up in the system, even though 20 minutes prior, it showed up in the system at 6th St. We are pretty sure the guy canceled it instead of transferring it. My husband called the 6th St. location again and the guy played dumb saying he didn't have it in his system either and couldn't help us, even though my husband stood right in front of him 20 minutes prior! Since we had no choice but to make a new reservation, it was $400 more than our original quote and we had no choice but to pay it. We told the guy on 6th Street that we were very upset and would be filing a former complaint with corporate. He was very dismissive and casually said "OK" in a very nonchalant tone. The paperwork for the truck we rented said it had a quarter tank of gas in it, which was more like an eighth of a tank at most. Pretty much empty. My husband took a picture of it. It's a good thing he did because when we returned the truck with the same amount of gas we started with, they charged us $17 for fuel. Once we got settled, we called corporate and got a refund on the additional cost, including the fuel charge. Beware of renting from the 6th St. location. Whatever the name of the guy was that we dealt with was very dishonest. I hope he gets fired.

Nothing is great at this location. I literally dread, I mean DREAD when I have to rent from this location. It's as if they intentionally deter renters and frankly I'm shocked they're still in business after several years of having the same expected deplorable rental experience. The trucks come with no gas many times because they have a siphoning issue they can't seem to control in the neighborhood. If you rent using the app, it's pointless! They'll still require you to complete all the steps to rent anything. I've rented from them dozens of times (all of which have been terrible and unfortunately necessary which might be why they never change or have an incentive to change) and they ask me for an alternate number. My wife didn't answer the phone and they didn't want to let me rent the trailer. Now, I drive to Eastvale or literally anywhere else regardless how inconvenient because this place and its entire staff are deplorable. I blame management considering other locations don't have the same issues. In 10 years I haven't had a single good experience here.

This location has a problem of gas being syphoned from their vehicles and the employee that helped us (I believe his name was Jesse) informed us of this as he handed us the keys to our truck. He told us to check the fuel gage and verify it matched the level shown the contract before leaving the lot, which we did. What he failed to inform us of, is that if the gas had been syphoned, the fuel gage would not accurately reflect this until minutes after you began driving. So minutes after we drove off the lot, (as we were arriving home - we live minutes from the location) the fuel gage dropped to empty. I parked at home, called and spoke to the same employee who helped us. Since it seemed pretty clear at that point the vehicle had been drained of fuel, I asked if we could receive roadside assistance at home to get some gas so we could make it to a gas station. He said no, that instead we had to wait until the vehicle actually stalled, at which point we could get roadside assistance. And he suggested that we attempt to drive to a gas station. What he failed to tell me THEN was that if we did need a gas rescue, it would be at our OWN expense. I did as he suggested, attempted to drive to the nearest gas station and of course, the truck died and I called roadside and received a text saying it would be a cost of $300+ some odd dollars to get a service out, at our own expense, due to the "nature of the call." Instead my partner had to wake our sleeping baby, put her in the car and come to my rescue. TERRIBLE advice, TERRIBLE service, and TERRIBLY managed location. The fact that no one is looking after these trucks and they are just leaving it to the customers to deal with the problem is appalling and absurd. Will NEVER use this location again.

This location was great for both occasions I needed them for. The staff is great and everything seemed to go well. Moving itself is extremely stressful, so to have the other components run smooth, HELPS immensely. Thank you to my singing queen........ can't remember her name, however, she was awesome.

Needed a new brake controller, they had the wiring harness and controller in stock. The auto part store didn't even have what I needed.

Our self service check in didn't work so we had to wait until 9 am to get helped inside. It was very busy and only one person working . I think her name was Sherrie and she was one of the owners. She was working really hard to help everyone quickly. She had a call out on a busy Sunday. Thanks Sherrie for your help.
