This place uses Scher tire Inc as their online name, but when I asked them about a warranty on a radiator, they said they are not "SCHER", they are "TIRE CHOICE".
Then my warranty is invalid.
They took a defensive attitude when I only asked for information. Bad experience only by phone.

Very friendly staff! Was visiting from Arizona and had our TPMS light come on and they fixed everything up and had us on our way quick.

your staff in your Corona store are truly amazing they go above and beyond to give there customers great customer service I had my vehicle serviced there today and it's always the same great service and always in a timely manner.Veronica is very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.

They tried to play me by having me buy another tire about three months ago. I had got 3 tires one tire got a nail in it the other day I want to go replace it by getting a patch up because AAA said all I need is a patch on the tires I get to the tyre shop. He told me that the tire is bad and I need to buy another and on top of that the tires that they replace I was missing a lug nut on all of my tires. They were the last ones that my tires were changed

Wouldn't recommend. My wife visited this morning to get a nail removed and tire/hole patched. Walked in and was pleasantly greeted, but was told "the machine" that does the tire patching is broken. Also was told the tire was not patchable and needed a new tire. Single tire cost was $200+ for one tire....Left, went down to Pro Tire on 6th street! Tire was patched and re-mounted for $20. 10 mins later I was on my way home. Please don't try to take advantage of people Tire Choice, do better.

Will never come here again. I usually go to the dealer to get an oil change. Took it here because I was quoted all information given on the phone, for 39.99 with tire rotation and to fill the washer fluid. I spent 20 waiting for my ride and not until I left I got a call saying I need special oil and it would be 65.00. Came to pick it up with no tires rotated and no windshield fluid fill up. Disgusting how service is given now a days. If you came to where I work you would expect service done right if I left shit out, it would be a problem since I'm a nurse. But here!!! Don't waste your time or money!

My tires were low and I took it the this Tire Choice Auto Service. He was super nice and helped me to put air on my tires. Super recommend it !!!!

I went to the location to have my tires replaced. The wrong sized tires were installed. When I went back to tell them about the error, they wanted to recharge me all the labor fees to replace them with the correct sized tires. It was an error on their part and no accountability was taken nor did I receive an apology. The manager, Nick also wanted to add additional costs for the new tires since the ones I ordered were no longer in stock. Nick sold me the original tires. Intuitively, I know that he intentionally gave me low-grade tires in place of the ones I needed. He took advantage of my lack of knowledge. My car dealership pointed out how unsafe that was. He disregarded that he was putting myself and family in danger in order to scheme me. He admitted that they were the wrong tires, but laughed when I asked why he did that and said he couldn't remember. It truly makes me sad that he would treat others like that. I wonder how many other people were taken advantage of without even knowing it.

Took my car in at the end of June for brake change and oil change. My vehicle was there all day...what was the since in making an appointment? on reviewing the work completion sheet it states that tires are all at 32psi when in fact front driver was 32psi, passenger front 42psi, driver back 38 psi and passenger back 28psi. I was advised only the 2 front brakes pads needed to be changed, and I agreed to the service. No sticker was placed showing date and miles on oil change(yes that's minor, and I'm not the professional). On driving my vehicle the brakes screeching continues my oil light didn't get reset and now I don't believe anything on the work order is accurate...yes I took it to another mechanic who confirmed my findings. Today 8/20/22 I go back in with the same complaints from 6 weeks ago, I'm informed ..Oh we need to change the back brakes now, I asked why they weren't changed 6 weeks ago and informed because the rubber that remained was 4-5MM at that time, they change when they are below 4MM??? OK my judgement would have been different, plus I only drive local a couple aof times per week, after losing 18 hours with this confusing mess, I decide the Other mechanic is much more suited for my needs. I decline further work from Nick Gould and the team. They advise it will be a few minutes... 20 mins later my vehicle is pulled to the front and my side mirror on the passenger side is completely busted and NOW my check engine light is on also. They claim neither issue happened there, which is NOT my truth, but I guess they are accoustom to poor customer service hence (3 reveiws) When you do good work you are blessed, when you take advantage of others or don't own up to your responsibilities that just sucks. I will repair my car. God bless them. photos coming

Yesterday I replaced all four Continental tires with CrossClimate2 tires. I reached out to Tire Choice and they installed the tires the same afternoon. Instead of having to wait they shuttled me home and back when everything was completed. I received excellent customer service and a fair price. Plus their waiting room was clean and cool. Now I'm ready for winter in the mountains!

PRO TIP: They don’t sell used tires.Great customer service and quick to the counter! They really tried to help me out but did not sell the used tires I was looking for.
