Store isn't too bad to get in and out of and is generally well kept. Gas station only has one pump per lane and takes quite a while to get through.
Not holding my breath on Sam's taking any meaningful action. I reported a serious concern about the Ontario, CA pharmacy and it was all talk and zero follow through.

Nothing special stood out to me, my personal opinion, but costco has more variety of foods and selections. Especially alcohol and it was too far from me to make it worthwhile.

Employees here are very friendly and helpful. It’s also very clean. The people at the food court aswell are very welcoming and polite.

The food service area could use some help but overall, a good store. Saturday was busy but that's normal, cars jockeying for parking spots.

Checkout assistant snuck in a premium membership upgrade onto my order while “helping” me. I caught it, so I was able to remove it, but I will never step in this Sam’s club again because of it. Shady business practices.

Would be nice if someone could answer the phone. I have a question about an item being in stock. Repeatedly I have called. At one point someone answered and didn't say a word. Do better!!!

Don’t even think of using their gas pumps the never work!!!!!! It’s so frustrating and besides COSTCO HAS WAY BETTER FOOD AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN!!!! Your welcome
