I went in for a regular tire rotation. Was standing there for awhile finally one of the guys walked over and said are you here to pick up. I said no I'm here for tire rotation he proceeds to tell me i need an appointment very rudely and just walks away and doesn't even offer to set me up with an appointment. It just takes a little customer service. Sucks when you spend money somewhere to be treated badly.

Sam's On-line photo is a nightmare to deal with. We ordered photos that said they would be shipped in 3-5 days. On day 9 they still were not shipped. We spent over an hour on the phone trying to cancel order. Walgreens was a much better option. Photos same day at Walgreens.

This Sam's club has no respect, was there last night while walking through an aisle overheard a manager as asking a short lady associate if they were going to have an intimate relationship again upstairs in a derogative way, they were shocked when I came up the aisle and heard them. The short lady was embarrassed and walked away quickly.

Sam's Club is a class act, they took care of the unwanted charge and explained everything to my Mother on how that happened and assured her things will change for the better.

I have an appointment at 9am to get 2 tires they didn't finish my car until 10:40 I don't understand how it takes almost 2 hours to replace 2 tires , will not go there again I would rather pay more money for better service

This club is the worst! They NEVER answer the phone any department you call. The cafe won't let you order a full pizza you have to "call it in" cool but you don't answer. They shut off serving food almost an hour before the cafe is supposed to close. The membership desk doesn't answer or care I've been hung up on 3 times in a row when I called. Someone needs to really step up and manage this location. It's gone so down hill I won't be renewing my membership, just not worth it

Mean staff. We were just visiting from Oregon where we don't have Sam's Club store. We just went here because I was craving for chocolates and this is the closest store to the Spring Hill Suites where we were staying at: We didn't know we had to be a member in this store to buy here but we were able to go in. We got two items worth like $23 and when we checked out we found out we needed membership. We asked one of the staff and she said we can't checkout out without membership. So, we asked a stranger if he could help us checkout who was very kind to let us checkout using his membership card and we paid. Then another lady talked to us (in - mean way) about how we shouldn't do that. We explained to her no one told us we had to be a member and we were not from around here. It didn't matter. She said that the guy who helped us will lose his membership. Well if this is the store's way of thinking they will get more membership from us the more we will stay away from them. I guess that's LA for you. People are mean, inconsiderate and kindness are penalized.

Customer service at this Sam's location is excellent. Driveup pick-up is a godsend when doing bulk shopping with an infant. The store is fairly well organized. The only thing I dislike about this location is the parking lot. The aisles are narrow and some people drive like they got single digit iq. It doesn't help that it shares the entrance with home depot where nobody bothers to use their turn signal or pay attention to the stop sign.

I love Sam club but the prices lately have increased. My biggest issue was trying to pay for gas. I tried multiple times as I had 90 dollars in my account . It declined my card over and over. I was unable to get gas . My niece then told me she has the same problem when she doesn't have over 100 dollars in her bank.

We love our local Sams Club. The store is clean and food is fresh. We love buying fruit here. I do notice that frequently they are out of strawberries and blueberries---which makes sense because when we do buy them here, they are delicious. The staff is helpful , curbside pickup is great! Dislikes: the parking lot, the salesmen (the guys trying to get you to sign up for phone service or a water dispenser)

They take forever to help you repair very simple thing .Also , they always go on break all together and leave only one person doing the work .Bad experience.

I always like coming here. They have tons of good bulk items and plenty of stuff to buy which is hard not to do haha. I love their scan and go app it makes life so much easier. You just scan your item that you're getting and just pay for it on the app and leave. You get to bypass all the lines. It is so convenient to use. Sometimes they have good deals for their yearly membership plans so that's always a plus.

Bad customer service, they never answer your calls, they put you on Hold and after awhile of waiting they hang-up.
