I had great customer service from Ixsel and Rosa. I bought myself a color remover/easer and Ixsel recommended few items. Originally I want to dye my hair pink and blue. Once I saw my hair is blonde I decide not to change it. I came back for a toner and I got blonde hair dye. Anyways I’ll be coming back again.
