Okay, I know people who raves about ROSS. They have good to great bargains and the stuff (inventory) is acceptable. But, tell me this, why do people have to throw things on the floor instead of placing (Operative word "place") the item back on the shelf? Yeah, I know how working out is difficult for some people but put the item back how you found it. This is the problem with discounted stores. Other than that, everything else is good.

Wow the amount of people here holy mother of pearls one would think it was a benefit concert by Bruno Mars, nevertheless store was stocked to the hilt for the holidays and theyre checkput personel was on cruise control because even though there was a line one did not wait like you were going in to court. Great work Ross!

The stores inventory is well organized and plentiful. My rating is based on Tom, loss prevention. I was in line for a while. Everything was calm, no one was acting out. Tom came and was immediately a stressor. His interactions with waiting customers was militant for no reason. He barked orders at us. He could have just left us alone. He asked a customer about an item. Questioning if it had been already paid for. The customer was unbothered and Tom's response was to demean the customer. Thank goodness the customer didn't take the bait. We get it Tom, you're loss prevention, take it down a notch.
