My husband booked a suite through Marriott website and received a confirmation number, only to find out the hotel had to cancel our reservation due to overbooking. We were already staying in a 1 bedroom suite when this occurred. Having to find another hotel and move out of our suite was stressful, to say the least. My husband never even received confirmation of the hotel canceling the reservation. In 2024, you would think more advanced technology would be implemented at this point! Truly disappointing! I would have appreciated the hotel to compensate for a % of our stay or something along those lines. After all, we booked directly with the Marriott Hotel website.

HIGHLY recommend for anyone traveling for business, especially visiting NSWC Corona. If you are used to needing to find hotels around bases that fall within fed gov’t per diem, this should feel extremely accommodating and borderline luxurious. Spacious king suite, extremely clean, and wonderful staff. Dolores at the front desk has brightened my day every time I’ve interacted with her, and every staff member I’ve interacted with (from cleaning services, to maintenance, to front desk) has always first asked me, “how are you enjoying your stay?”. Couldn’t ask for more when traveling for work.

Always a great stay. Staff is very nice, and always remember me. I know I'm here a lot, but that effort goes a long way. Remodeled rooms are outstanding. Can't even think of anything to complain about; highly recommended if you're in the area.

We stayed here for a week. The room was terrific. We had a two bedroom suite. Perfect because we were traveling with my mom. Breakfast was great every morning. Oatmeal with lots of toppings, some type of egg, and protein. Waffles, bagels, english muffin, cereal, and fruit. Best part was hot coffee was available 24 hours a day. Being from New Jersey and still on East Coast time this was great. There are hundreds of restaurants within minutes. Try the Lazy Dog, it was great. Also I come from a small town, we found out what Uber Eats was lol.(Cold Stone for the win. John and Delores at the front desk was great. Thanks for a great stay. Rooms were clean. Beds were great!

Wish there was more closer to the hotel but other than that it was an attractive hotel. Very quiet place. Very modern.Rooms: The rooms were pretty small but very spacious at the same time. Felt like I was in a fancy New York office or something.

We stay at this Residence Inn once every year for an annual business meeting. Yes, it is much improved with a general refresh throughout. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is free and simply not good. Coffee was okay, but otherwise, the breakfast was disappointing for me.Noteworthy details: The snacks for sale require immediate attention! The frozen products have totally defrosted and then re-frozen. Yuck! A terrible situation that could be worth a visit by the health department.

My husband and I just stayed here 9/30/23 and LOVED it. The staff is so friendly and professional, just delightful. The hotel and room were clean and well put together. The hotel also offers a free hot breakfast in the mornings. I figured it would be toast and muffins, but it was so much more. Scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage, juices, muffins, fruit, cereal- tons of options. They had mimosas available, which I think was only for one day, but still so cool to offer to guests. They have guest laundry, indoor pool (love it), and a gym. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place.

Visiting someone, didn't stay. But this place is super clean. In a clean industrial park so great for going on walks outside. Studio was nicely done with work desk/space and kitchen (this unit didn't have the oven). One TV that was 45-50" with good selection of channels.

There was only one thing I didn’t like about this hotel: there was a crack pipe in my bathroom, it still had some dark substance in it. I returned to the receptionist and she said she was going to notify management.Rooms: Rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette.

Newly remodeled and very clean. Located kind of in a business district so pretty quiet, some freeway noise but I got used to it. Easy to get to the mall and many restaurants. John at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Our room had a kitchenette and everything was brand new. Took us 30 minutes to get to Disney but 2 hours to get back, but wasn't a terrible drive. Definitely recommend.

I can't truly rate this because I slept in the parking lot in my car it didn't look like anything worth a hundred and sixty dollars to peso I stayed in the parking lot I had a marvelous time sleeping and went in and had breakfast so I'll give him kudos for that nobody bothered me

This is my go to Residence Inn in this area. They are getting a renovation right now. I saw the new rooms and they are great! They have a great staff from Management, to Front Desk to Hskp. Keep up the good work!

Manager said it was hotel policy not to give rooms clean towels everyday. Had to search 3 floors before finding ice machine that worked.
