Avoid this company at all costs. They sold a complete lemon to me in 2020. The first three years of ownership I’ve spent double what I paid for the car on repairs. Everything possible has failed and needed to be replaced and within the first month of ownership the check engine light came on. Almost like they had it reset to hide the light until it came back on after so many miles of use (also see other Yelp reviews of people having the same experience).
Furthermore, the head gasket blew on a trip ~2 years into ownership (our first big trip) and upon looking at it the mechanics found it was because of a shoddy repair job.
And to top things off, when I first checked out the car the back door wouldn't unlock, they promised it would be fixed when they delivered the car and after having their "mechanic" "fix" it, it was delivered w/o a fix.
So unless you are looking to have the worst car ownership experience of your life, I would avoid RAO no matter how sweet they try to make the deal. It will absolutely not work out in the long (or short) term.

Friendly, helpful, and honest sums it up. Shawn and his team at Rao Auto Group made sure we were satisfied with our purchase of a Mini Cooper for our daughter. Everyone was great and willing to help us through the process of the purchase of our daughter's first car. Shawn even negotiated a great deal for an extended warranty. We highly recommend!

Went to this dealership expecting a good price on a 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer GT listed at $10,599. Before the purchase was finalized, the bank I was financing with was contact to finalize the sale and told me they were trying to charge me over $1,500 more than what the car was worth. Shady business.

I have bought this truck, and it has been the worst experience with these people, the car was supposed to be in good condition and it is not, now I don't know who to talk to who is a serious and committed person to respond to this situation, I no longer have I trust that this will turn out well

I drove super far to this dealership. And called ahead and asked them to make sure everything was Ok with the truck. Upon arrival after starting it made a screeching noise for over 10 seconds and they claimed the timing belt needed WD40…. Ridiculous. Then when they took it around to show me it sounded horrible and they said the steering was messed up. And started talking about how they need to take it to their mechanic and such. It was clearly in terrible condition and mechanically damaged. I wasted 4 hours driving round trip for a car they told me was in good shape and was a P.O.S 1/5 stars when I said I wasn’t interested he immediately gave me cold shoulder and got passive aggressive.

This dealership is great. They have a nice selection of vehicles at some nice prices. I got a decent deal on a Dodge charger under market value. And the people working there are nice courteous, as well as helpful and accommodating. I recommended them to a friend who went down there. And he said he was impressed and is probably going to get his next car from these guys. They also have a nice warranty company they use if you want some extra coverage on the car you buy.

Do not buy from this company unless you want to pay high maintenance. Ensure you have a mechanic inspection before buying. No maintenance done in vehicle even though the listing said runs well. Currently paying over 4k in undisclosed transmission repairs. Beware.
