A one star review is being generous. Where do I begin. I visited this site on Feb 6th and they only performed 3 of the six tests ordered by my doctor. The phlebotomist severely bruised my arm and it was sore for over a week . I have good veins and have never had an issue in the past. Coincidently , my wife also got the same phlebotomist a few weeks prior and also had her arm bruised and was sore for over a week. I contacted Quest customer service to find out why the other 3 tests where not performed and waited over an hour for a response . Their response was that a supervisor would contact me. Two days later no call from supervisor . Called customer service again. This time they told me that they just did not perform the test and that I would need to schedule another appointment . Not sure why they did not tell me this the first time I called . Scheduled another appointment on Feb 28th and explained that they did not perform 3 of the tests requested from my doctor. The supervisor told me that she had left 2 messages , which is not true and showed her my call history on my phone . As luck would have it , I got the same phlebotomist as last time that bruised my arm. I told her the last time she drew my blood she bruised my arm and it was sore for a week. She very rudely asked if I wanted another phlebotomist and when I said yes , again very rudely and no apology ,told me to wait outside. Unfortunately, this collection site is one of the best of the worst with a 2.5 start rating as compared to other sites in this area with ratings of 1 and 2 stars. I will call my insurance company to see if they accept Lab Cor. You might want to consider doing the same and avoid Quest labs in the Corona area.

I can agree with last review. Least professional medical office I have ever had the misfortune to visit. First of all the treated me as if I was some sort of criminal, had to empty my pockets, remove my hat and watch. I'm surprised they didn't ask me to squat and cough.0 stars is more appropriate.

Worst service , I have an appointment at 7:40 am today 1-29-24 , I had confirmation, I even showed to employee, she said my appointment not good because it did not show in their system

Worst labwork experience I have ever had in my life. I have been having monthly routine labwork for a while now and have never waited more than 45 minutes as a walk in at all the other quest diagnostics I have been to and I waited 2 and a half hours to be attended at this location. Staff is super rude and inconsiderate and do not take the patients into consideration whatsoever and take there sweet time chit chatting and not working efficiently at all! If you need something within the hour do not come here.

Very poor customer service.if you have no appointment, you have to wait hours and nobody knows how long it takes to call you in. This office never deserves a one star at all. I don't recommend this place.

Upon arrival there is no instructions as to walk ins and appointments. The staff that kept coming out were extremely rude to clients who were mostly elderly and I didn’t respect that at all. An African woman ( because I don’t know her name ) kept yelling and being rude at any questions. You’re not made comfortable at all nor are you treated with great customer service. If I could leave zero stars I would. Highly recommend different locations.

Such a terrible place. They don’t treat you right neither. I don’t know how they treat people with other tests but this is not the place to take a COVID test. My issue is with my results, I don’t understand them and when I go back apparently no one there understands them. I ask for a manager and I’m told they can’t help. They tell me to contact the number on my results and I told them I’ve emailed and called every number but no one answers or knows my results meaning. What is the point of giving COVID tests if you don’t understand the results and no one in Quest understand them neither. My results were both detected and not detected. Would you put both and give No explanation to what those results mean?! And might I add, the two ladies I’ve talked to while getting tests over there are rude as if they don’t want to help and are tired of their job so they take it out on us patients.

Very disappointed with their service. My doctor said we send paper work via fax and electronic they are complaining they don’t received.While these people drama my 82 year mom is struggling for blood work while she fast.Where is courtesy ? where is the service ? people.No have feeling for senior citizens……

They are lousy. The text I set up through online texted me to my cell phone number of my appointment and told me NOT to check in again inside. I got there 10 minutes early and waited an additional 10 minutes past check in, and a worker told me to look up the code, but the text alert didn't have a code and she put in my phone number and had no appointments but I have it in my quest online account that they had that location on Main street and that it should link to my phone as my text alert was to my cell phone. Don't come here, it is busy and they are unprofessional. She saw there were a lot of people waiting all looking like old white hunters on a rainy day at 9 am. I have never had this happen at any Quest location. What is the reason for setting up text alerts if they don't link your phone to the kiosk in the front. Nobody disinfected the whole time I was there and the other time I was there I used the hall bathroom as instructed, got locked out and had to hold a urine cup for 5 minutes until somebody opened the door to let me back in to drop it off. Who holds onto their urine for 5 minutes without setting it on the seat next to them when its quiet like it was that.I have a cracked phone screen and uts gas lighting me. I went to check the address and it was the wrong address. so I am changing the 1 star to 5 stars because though i swear to God i thought I booked that location I guess it wasn't that location. I gave them an extra star on top the 4 stars due to my error because they do make you wait to bring urine back inside and need more restrooms to accommodate the in flow of urine samples per guest and those who take forever in one stall not able to go.

What an infuriating experience. A relatively important job run by people with no common sense. All I wanted to do was drop off a sample with all the proper paperwork and leave. We're two feet apart and she refused to accept it and wanted me to sign in and wait for an appointment time to do something she could have done right then. Give me a break

I used to go to this locations years ago and then switched to LabCorp. A doctor specifically requested I use Quest for these labs and as I sit here waiting and waiting I now remember why I stopped coming here. First off - there is no more front desk to ask any questions only kiosks. Ok fine most places do this now. But the problem lies in when you try to ask one of the employees there a question they are very rude and have an attitude where they can not be bothered. There is literally so many other people in this waiting room trying to ask questions because let's be honest - the kiosks are not perfection and sometimes do not scan properly, or maybe a glitch in the system...regardless of whatever it is - these employees should be a bit nicer especially since most of us are fasting and would just like to get in and out with out any hiccups in the process. Quest you can do better than this. I've never had any issues with employees being rude at LabCorp and it is why I will continue to use that establishment versus Quest...and next time a doctor prefers Quest I will fight tooth and nail to not have to go here. Absolutely ridiculous how rude these employees are...and they are going to stick a needle in me....I shudder to think of the chair side service!!
