I was acknowledged and greeted coming in, the young lady that took my bloodwork was VERY nice and I was in & out within I'd say about 10 to fifteen minutes tops.

I was previously a member of Kaiser insurance but recently switched to a PPO so finding a laboratory was a new process for me. I was not happy with competing Lab nearby so I tried Quest and found my experience exceptional. The appointment-scheduling process was easy, via the app, and the lab tech was very kind and personable. I will def be making Quest my go to lab service location for future tests.

I always have an excellent experience here at Quest, the only thing is two times I got sent a confirmation text of my appt. and I was not in the system when I went to check in there was no appointment for me so I had to go on a “walk in” basis. Unfortunately, I then had to wait longer, and was not expecting to do so on those days.

I made an appointment for 2:50pm yesterday on line, when I got there your signup kiosk indicated that I don't have any schedule appointment, a few minutes later two more clients came in with schedule appointments & they both got the same response.
Waited for several minutes until one of your employee with pony brownish hair, came out & we all shared with her what your machine stating, that we don't have any appointment.
She started lecturing us & shouting that we all didn't how to make the appointment & we are supposed to make sure your online system confirmation gives us confirmation number.
I shared with her that instead of telling the three of us about the confirmation , she should've told the web designer to put a banner as the client makes on-line appointment they should wait to get confirmation. She kept saying no no........ We were all treated very unprofessionally & of course we were r all were unhappy!!

Reviews are correct, this place is just horrible. Nothing else to add. Even if there is no one in the room, and you're the only one there. Whoever is the manager of this place seriously needs some training or removal.
