We have been bringing our now 18 year old dog Kiki here for years. They always fit her in. She always comes home looking and smelling great. Highly recommend.

Im actually upset and disappointed because i read all the reviews and they were good but I took my dog a few days ago and first of all they charged me over $85 and he’s a small dog and aside from that I realized they cut him badly to the point where my dog is shaking and scared when i try to grab him by his wounds and it makes sense because when i picked him up he was really scared to the point where he didn’t really wanna walk either. I was previously taking him to petco to get groomed and I decided to try a grooming shop but never again? . I will just stick to Petco!!!

Run by a very nice couple. The store is really well laid out and organized. We had taken our munchkin to another groomer before, and wow, puppy world sets the bar high. Our munchkin was impeccably groomed, even the their paws were neatly trimmed. Beautiful job, we can tell they were highly skilled in what they do. Also very easy to make an appointment! Would recommend to anyone who wants a high quality job.

They were Amazing......they took us at the last minute on a Saturday. They treated Chloe like she was theirs. The owner and his wife were gentle and informative with us. We ate first time parents. we do not live close to puppy world but we have decided to make the drive due to how great they were.

I have taken my dog to a lot of different places and it was always a struggle. My dogs would be scared or aggressive. But the people here are puppy world are AMAZING they truly care for them. My dogs are never scared or feel the need to be aggressive. The a so kind and patient that my dogs feel safe. Thank you ❤️

Took my 1.5 year old Maltipoo COCO for grooming. He has cuts on some part of his skin (see pictures) because of how short this place shaved him. They never mentioned anything about his cuts when I picked up COCO. I found the cuts the day after. Also, COCO end up with fleas!! He never had fleas before. The person on the front hardly talks to you. He took COCO and said he will call when COCO was ready. I asked for the price and he said the same as last time (this was my first time there) I should of known at this point. I decided to take COCO there because Petco keeps him for 4-5 hours and I feel bad. Took puppy world 3 hours and $75 grooming fee plus CUTS and FLEAS! Never again!!
