DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!I entered the dealership with my 5 children and bought a 2019 Chevy Suburban the same day. Henry couldn't wait to tell me how amazing my new family car was! What they didn't tell me was that the accident that was reported on the carfax, instead of what Henry told me was just a "Fender Bender" was actually $15,000 WORTH OF DAMAGE. Our family was planning a long drive and noticed about an inch lean to the left, so we took it to Chevy to check it out. Sure enough, after spending $3500 on a warranty with Prestige, the Chevy dealership said that it's not covered because it was PREEXISTING DAMAGE. THE CAR WAS NOT EVEN SAFE TO DRIVE! The right lower control arm for the suspension could FALL OFF at any time! WOW! SO I WAS SOLD A VEHICLE WITH MY 5 CHILDREN KNOWING THIS CAR COULD FALL APART AT ANY TIME. HENRY AND PRESTIGE AUTO MANAGEMENT, YOU ASSHOLES PUT MY FAMILY IN DANGER, LIED TO ME, CHEATED AND SCAMMED ME. Of course you made me sign the Carfax report because you knew that I had to acknowledge it had been in an accident just in case your asses got sued! Clever! WHY THE FUCK WOULD I BUY A CAR WITH $15K IN DAMAGES AND DRIVE IT AROUND WITH 5 KIDS! AND GET THIS--I SUED THEM! They never responded because they're a bunch of COWARDS and now I'll have to sit in court for a year, or do a voluntary repossession or better yet, file BANKRUPTCY because I had to use my ENTIRE SAVINGS to buy another car! PRESTIGE IS A JOKE, THESE ASSHOLES HAVE NO SOUL. YOU ARE ALL SCUM OF THE EARTH for selling a car that you know has FRAME and SUSPENSION DAMAGE. Check it out for yourselves, people! There's a picture below of my repair quote!Shame on all of you. Stay as far away from this piece of shit used car lot as you can!

I wouldn't recommend this place to purchase or trade your car. A month ago October 2023 we purchased a car plus two trades in. They said they'd handle off the payments of our trades in, since then the finance companies has not received any checks or calls from this dealership. They said they lost the tracking number and what not. The lady in front desk is not nice either when you call. Don't come here!

As you walk in, Curtis and the whole management were such great people. Loved the customer service right on the spot. They helped and worked really hard to get what we wanted. Very family friendly. Feels like as if we were best friends haha ? ! Come swing by and check them out , you’ll love them !

Outstanding and friendly service.Military friendly!I just moved to the area and Curtis and Danny talked to me about the car for 2 weeks leading up. The communication and support were excellent.Curtis met me at the door and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.Happily Not like any other car buying experience I’ve had.

I seldom take the time to compose reviews, but my recent interaction with Prestige Auto has prompted me to share my rather unfortunate experience, one that I believe warrants attention.I found a car I liked and contacted Patty from the Internet sales team. She was quick to respond and answered my questions well, which was a good start.As my interest in the vehicle deepened, I decided to arrange a third-party inspection for added peace of mind. The inspection was scheduled for a Friday, and by the following Saturday, I had the comprehensive inspection report in hand.I reached out to Patty on the subsequent Monday. I detailed the findings of the inspection, which included the discrepancy in mileage by over 3,500 miles, the presence of dirty oil, and the necessity for new tires. Patty, in her usual prompt manner, assured me that she would discuss these matters with her manager, David, who would then contact me.Here's where things went wrong. David didn't get back to me all day. I even sent a reminder through Patty, but he still didn't respond. The next day, he finally emailed me in the morning and promised to get back to me soon.I waited for hours, and when I asked Patty when I could expect to hear from David, she didn't know. It wasn't until 3:39 p.m. that David finally emailed me to say, "Sorry, the Audi Q3 you wanted just got sold."It became abundantly clear that he had no intention of continuing negotiations with a customer who had taken the initiative to have an inspection performed and had raised legitimate concerns.In a nutshell, my experience with Prestige Auto was disappointing, especially with how they handled communication and negotiations, especially David. I hope this review helps them remember how important it is to treat customers better.

Curtis was great. Had a bad experience at another dealership where they lured me in based on an Internet price and then wouldn't sell me the car without all the unnecessary "dealer add-ons". Curtis took care of us on the price to get in our budget. We bought the tint add on and he recommended the extended warranty but was ok when we declined it. Because he sold us only what we saw value in we will be back to talk to him about a car for my sister-in-law in a few weeks.

CURTIS! I can't say enough good things about you. The entire team really had jumped though a thousand hoops to make this process as easy as possible for me. Having a newborn and a myriad of complications.. to say the least- everyone made my experience here an absolute breeze. I honestly couldn't Recommend a place more to purchase a car. I'm so happy I found this place, and I got to go home with an amazing car. Do not pass this place up!!!

Try to give me the best interest rate with the banks? Even give me a ride to drop off a rental at the airport. I really recommend either or salesman

A must place to buy a car, my wife walked on the lot a couple of days ago Danny and Curtis helped her. She asked a million questions and without an attitude they answered them all. They had an Acura we wanted so we came back today so I could test drive and see the car during the day. Now these sales guys did answer all my questions about warranties to car fax questions. Curtis and Danny were patient and understanding. They left us alone, did not pressure to buy, did not hound me which is the one thing I hate about sales people. They were super friendly and I would totally recommend anyone coming to buy a car. Also friendly finance guy David helped me with the contract questions and helped me get a better rate.

From the very beginning, I was greeted with open arms, firm handshakes and PURE honesty. David, Curtis and Henry were all in on exceeding my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. I just bought my dream car. My 2019 Volvo S60, came with 4 years of warranty from the previous owner through Volvo themselves which I didn’t learn until recently and that alone made things even greater after I was already satisfied. i highly recommend this place, give David a call and he’s got your back!!
