I didn’t want to leave bad review but I drop my Audi A5 two weeks ago for 2 warning lights on,Parking Brake malfunction and air bags. I talk to Terry and I give him dealer recommendations , he said even that I will have my technical expert diagnostics. Two days later he called me the car is ready and I went over there to pick up my car and both lights were on. I said what is going on, oh he said we did only what you recommended, I said this two lights are the reason I brought it here, he apologized but that doesn’t make me feel better. He said we are going to keep it to find out what is wrong, one day after they find out the problem, he said is Clock Spring . He said is going to cost $1130 including 2 hours labor. I paid $3900 for previous repairs, he wants to charge me another 2 hours labor, such a shame when they call you the car is ready and are lights os , that’s red flag. I fixed it at dealer even cheaper. They take advantage you. I could dispute the charge from the bank and tell them I see you at the court.

This is the best repair shop I've ever been to. The entire staff was kind and made me feel welcomed. Terry was very helpful and honest showing me the issues I was having with my car. I was going through a nightmare dealing with the repair shop 10 degrees which is right down the street from Precision and this place was a complete blessing. They were quick fixing all my issues and my car has been running great. They gave me my peace of mind back. In a world full of corrupt shops, it a breath of fresh air knowing Precision is a diamond in the rough. I highly recommend Precision to everyone.

I took my Porsche Macan to get it serviced at Precision Auto Repair. They were the only shop that accepted to work on my Porsche. I was turned down by 5 other auto shops - because everyone else mentioned how difficult the car was to work on.
My advisor Terry and shop owner Michael were professionals and treated me with care. Terry kept me updated with the progress. They took care of the whole leak issue and rear main seal. They also worked with my extended warranty which helped me saved thousands. I truly recommend them for all the car needs.
Pleasure to do business with- will be taking my other cars to them.

Service was outstanding, Yogi went out of his way to explain the problem with my Jeep. His description of parts & labor showed every detail of what I was paying for. He really cared about my vehicle. He even washed it prior to pick up. Michael is the ultimate professional as well. Great service.Thx Precision Imports, best of the best !!

We brought my VW Jetta TDI to these guys, and the way they took care of us was a huge blessing. Terry is easy to trust, and we had every assurance that he and his team were making the right decisions for us and our car. I would give 10 stars if I could- we will never go anywhere else for car needs.

I am incredibly thankful for being led to this shop! Mike, and the entire staff, was transparent, honest and caring. They are very detailed and explain how different parts of the vehicle works and what needs to be done asap for safety concerns and what can wait for a future appointment.
Will only take my vehicle to this shop moving forward. Highly recommended!
