Horrible pharmacy and customer service. My doctor had sent a prescription here for a quick pickup, but it never got filled. When I went to pick up they said the owner wanted to speak with me. She then asked if I could transfer all my meds here and I told her I couldn't. She then gets extremely rude and told me if I didn't transfer then they won't fill my prescription. I couldn't believe she was trying to threaten me that way with my medication. I would advise not to go here.

I very much miss going to a mom and pop pharmacy. They are so personal and loving! The kindness you receive from them makes you miss the days of growing up and using a little pharmacy. They are family owned and treat you like family! They explain exactly everything you are getting g and what it is for!

My big box pharmacy of 10+ years recently closed down. We transferred all our prescriptions to another big box only to find our insurance no longer accepted this pharmacy. I loved my original big box pharmacy and all the pharmacist knew me and were helpful and friendly. I like to believe I am a easy client and show respect and understanding and expect the same from others. The big box I transferred to was a mess. I would have prescriptions sent 2 weeks early and when I called to check status they would not have ordered. Instead of finding a prescription for me for a blood monitor, they told me to buy it on Amazon so they didn't have to deal with it, I also felt that I didn't have the connection I did hat the other pharmacy so I looked into a small pharmacy. I wanted the relationship with my pharmacist but also wanted to feel like I wouldn't have to sacrifice the availability of medication. I also love supporting small businesses when I can. I transferred our family of 4's 15+ medications. They spent hours figuring out all our medications and making sure everything was properly ordered. They treated me as a human and not as a number. I am an executive at a company in Irvine and frankly don't have he time to manage medications and make sure competency. The team here was awesome and I am so excited to find a new pharmacy and look forward to working with them for years to come. Sam appeared very knowledgeable and I trust his expertise to manager my families prescriptions. It's also easy in and out of the building.

Sam, Naseem and staff take care of me like family. Have been a customer for about 3 years and they always come through w smiles and exactly what my team of Drs require. Highly recommend them for your entire family. 10 stars!!

Walgreens, CVS, RITEAID WHO!?? TAKE NOTES AT OUR FELLOW LOCAL SPOT!!Something needs to be said & Respected about the American Hustle.This 2021 hasn’t been easy. But when the tough get going … Soldier through, together!We All find ourselves caught up in the daily grind of kids , work, pandemic, sleep, Repeat. As a small business owner and a Person who knows what it means to a business owner that his/her peers are out there on the daily grind with them. Walmart, Walgreens who!??Palmeri is the REAL DEAL. Now you cannot deny what comfort comes from knowing that I don’t have to take off work . Sacrifice MY BUSINESS any further just to accommodate Palmeri’s schedule.No Sir. . Within reason. Sometimes a bit further than that even . These are good wholesome hard working Americans that’s out here day after day in the trenches of this pandemic. Putting in the hours for us , the little guys. REMEMBER US!??Palmeri Does. Respecting you ladies (& man) for the outstanding service, above and beyond !I know that together our community will overcome this tragic health scare and whenever the dust settles. My business will potentially have survived bc of the commitment And work ethic that these employees (& owner personally) have exerted !THANK YOU For waiting for me to get there! Been coming to Palmarie Pharmacy for several years know and never had a problem getting my medication on time. Ive even shown up late a couple times and they still took care of me. Best Pharmacy around! Thanks Sam, Nasim and to your daughters!!

I am trying to support local businesses, and therefore decided to try and get a prescription filled here. I called around 9:45 AM on 01/11/2021 and was hung up on twice. I was trying to get a prescription transferred from another pharmacy and apparently that was too difficult for the girl who answered the phone, then promptly hung up. In the brief time I spoke with her she seemed agitated and rude, so I don’t believe this was an accident.

ABOVE and BEYOND. They stayed on the phone for nearly an hour... just trying to reduce the cost of a medicine for me. I didn't even know. I was at home. In the end, they saved me $400. Makes me tear up. They are THE best. They make me feel like family. I'll never go anywhere else.

This has been my pharmacy now for a few years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else to fill my prescriptions! Many people don't realize that filling prescriptions can be a daunting experience that's riddled with dirty looks and excessive questions, or the ever so uncomfortable "We don't carry that here, you'll need to go somewhere else". At Palimieri they are kind and quick, and almost always have every last prescription I roll in with, on hand. What more could you ask for from a small neighborhood pharmacy? The staff is very helpful, making you feel like a part of the family, and you never have to worry about judgement or inappropriate questions. I must say, I will be sticking with Palimieri Pharmacy for the foreseeable future and recommend everyone else to give them a shot, you won't be disappointed!!
