I've been getting pedicures with Kelly for a few months now and she's amazing. I won't be going anywhere else. Her work is so neat and she takes her time. The whole place is clean and everyone is so welcoming. The check in process is so organized, you never wonder when you'll be seated and every appointment has started on time. Great place!

went and got my nails done by a girl name Christina ,she was very ruff and her work was very sloppy with bubbles in the gel . It cost me 75$ was not worth it at all, when i just went to get one nail fixed she purposely broke another nail ,so i would have to get a whole new set !! not happy look out for this girl!!!

Ana did an axing job saving my day when my usual nail tech forgot to put my appointment in her phone at another salon before a big trip for my birthday. I leave for my trip Monday after father's day and finding someone to squeeze me in wasn't easy that did gel x. My nails turned out beautiful and better than my usual girl. I will be coming back forever now! Thank you Ana.

It was so peaceful and relaxing i hate getting my nails done cause it hurts or burns and is just not relaxing or enjoyable decided to get them done for my birthday and no regrets it was so relaxing and susy did a great job I'm so happy

Kelly is the greatest. She's sweet, accommodating and a fantastic nail tech. You can't go wrong at Orchard. Everyone is super nice, the atmosphere is really laid back and everything is clean and fresh.

I got a pedicure here last week before going on vacation because of the easy booking experience. If you're wanting a basic pedicure, I wouldn't suggest going here. I was hoping for a relaxing experience, but every 5 minutes my technician kept trying to sell me on an upgrade. I'm used to that maybe once during a session, but constantly throughout? No. It was uncomfortable to keep turning her down as she made faces when I said no. I felt like I had to provide a reason each time I didn't want something. I gave in to letting her do some nail art, which was $5 each nail, and she barely spent any time on it. I probably wont return.

Kelly is amazing!! Always perfection. My nails are on point and she can make them look good even if I have cut them really short. I love getting the gel manicures.

My review is due to my experience. The place did not look like anything special. They sent me down for my pedicure and asked me which one I wanted. I told them I wanted the $30 classic pedicure. So they were working on my nails and another lady comes in, and sits next to me for a pedicure as well, and they immediately offer her champagne to drink. They never offered me anything. Also, there was a lady or two who constantly was snorting as if she was going to hack and it sounded really gross to listen to for 30 minutes. And then when they were giving me my two minute massage, she literally just rubbed lotion in my leg. No foot massage and no actual massage. It was just rubbing smelly lotion on me. this place was not the vibe. When it came time to check out, she told me it was $50. I literally can't stand when nail salons. Don't tell you what they're adding onto your charges.

Bad experience with them, I did normal gel nail polish they charged very high price from me. And last week i did my gel nail in one week most of nails gel polish is damaged and removed by itself. ?

I live in San Diego and drive through this area a lot to visit family or for work. I had a wedding in a couple of days so decided to get my nails done at a random place near my lunch spot (Min's Dumpling) since I wasn't ready to continue on the rest of my big drive home. I was so glad I stopped in! Their pricing was affordable, they had a lot of colors to select from, only had to wait 5 mins to get seated and had a very relaxing mani pedi. Everyone was polite and friendly. My toes looked great, my hands were soft, and all efficiently done while I did some work on my phone. If I ever need another break in my drive, I'm stopping by again for another mani pedi with a session in those massage chairs!
