I took my car for an oil change and was told that I would receive a complimentary wash. I retrieve the car after the service and notice a large rip in the leather. Also, the car was at the dealership for ~6 hours but the wash was not done. My belief is that the car was damaged and the staff decided not to further touch the car (wash it) to avoid responsibility. Of course, after bringing the issue to the Dealership staff's attention I never received any follow up until I continued to call. This is awful service and my final visit to this dealership.

Helped my daughter get a car here through True cars. Robert the internet manager was great to work with. We had my daughters financing all in place through a credit union. Highly recommend, so you know what your best option is. We also knew the price of an extended warranty through the credit union. Get into finance and that was a whole different story. Robert almost lost this deal due to the finance guy. The numbers kept changing the terms of the warranty kept changing. The warranty went from $1800 to $2700. We finally said no we will purchase it through the credit union. Oh do you have a Costco card yep I do. Then the warranty went down to $1700. Do your homework before you go to any dealer to buy a car. If you don't know what is going on you will get the raw end of the deal. They are not in business to lose money. They are going to make money on the car, the add ons, warranty,

I do not recommend this dealership for any type of service. The service desk people are rude especially the service girl Jacky. I was basically stolen money after declining service I did not want. She likes to take Advantage their clients and gives a nasty attitude. If I could give this place a zero I would. I do not recommend you come here at all.

Good afternoon, Yesterday I scheduled and appointment for an oil change when I arrived as I was told before that I had to stop at the sign and wait for assistance well I waited and waited and no one came out so I walked in and I wasn't even greeted or acknowledged I came to close to the counter and said hello and one of the 3 women said give us a few and we will be with you in a moment, okay so I waited patiently I gotta say that this has been the worst experience that I have ever had why are women so rude.. I get better service on Saturday's by men than the women that work here.. customer service is a must in all kinds of places please acknowledge your customers and smile and be nice.. don't be jerks this is your job this is what you get paid for.. please Nissan take some time and look at the women you have working here.. they need an attitude makeover. Thank you

Had an appointment at 830 got there at 825, had no direction where to go since it was my first there, i parked and went inside to talk to someone from the service office, the service advisor Jackie Diaz didn't even get up to come help, she told me i had to move my car to the front which i did just so she can yelled at me to go around, no direction , no help, no customer service whatsoever, I waited, went around and nothing. I had to get out of my car for the 4 time to get someone's attention. She was extremely rude looking at me up and down.

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation about a month ago. I was informed that my brakes were good and at 7mm. Getting close to change but not yet. 1 month later my brakes started to grind. Took it back and the brakes were metal on metal. So either i went through 7mm within a month on 800 miles driving or my paperwork was filled out incorrectly. Also, I was told my filters were in need of urgent change but I just changed them like 2 weeks prior so I knew that wasn't true. I was also told that I needed an alignment which another dealership confirmed that I didn't. Don't trust the paperwork here. Ill be requesting a refund for my oil changes as I am not even sure they changed the oil or filter based on this experience.

I wanted to buy a car for msrp. I explained I wanted to lease it. They tried to talk me out of leasing. They tried to sell me add on for 2400. I said I don't want them. They said they will sell for cost. I said please sell me the car for msrp. They said no. All along they explain how they are strait shooters. They are not. I would not recommend them to anyone

Fraudulent Dealership took out loans under my mothers without informing her of the terms of the deal, was under the impression that she was co-signing, they employ use of high pressure sales tactics in order to pressure you to sign things, failed to provide a copy of the contract, sales manager was super unhelpful. Don't ever trust a sales person folks. Not only did they deceive her the loan was initially declined and the dealership took it upon themselves to renegotiate the terms with the credit union without consulting my mother. They took advantage of a vulnerable person who couldn't defend herself it is completely unacceptable.

Never buy a car from this dealership. They do not value you as a customer unless you buy your Brand New. They feel that you deserve a dirty car if it is used. Spoke to my finance company to find out they lied to me when they stated the finance company did not want to honor the prequalifying quote. Less than 24 hours and things are already going wrong with the car. I'm confirmed i was sold a Lemon but only time will tell.

Took my Nissan Armada for repair because water pooled under the carpet on passenger floor. They insisted it was windshield related. They changed the windshield (we paid for) and we still continued to have the problem. We researched and learned about a possible tube leak. Repair person laughed at us and applied more caulking on the windshield. Water on the floor continued. They finally looked for the tube issue. That was the problem the whole time. They had our car for almost a month. When I got the car back, the floor door trim was broken from them removing the carpet. They told us to come back on a different day to repair it at no cost. One week later, I went back to have it repaired and the new service rep said it was consequential damage and we had to pay for it. When we said we wouldn't pay, the new service manager came out and repaired it himself in 5 minutes. Customer service was awful and hostile. Seems they have a large turnover. My experience here makes me never want to buy a Nissan again.

Place did the classic bait and switch. I called to inquire about a vehicle they had in stock on their website. They claimed to have a car in stock to get me into the dealership. When I arrived they said they lost the keys and asked if I'd be interested in other cars with high mark ups. Eventually they admitted did not have the car. Sales people are dishonest and have you wasting your time on false promises. They provided an insincere apology. They have zero respect for their customers or their time. I would never want to get a car from here.

OIL CHANGE WAS NEVER COMPLETED although paid for. Make sure to get everything in writing. 1.5 days after getting my oil change, there was a burning smell. I had it checked out at AutoZone/Orielly's (I believe) and it showed that there was no oil. I said that can't be because I just got it done at Corona Nissan. That's when they told me that it sometimes happen or that technician at CN didn't tighten something completely. I called and complained to a service rep at Corona Nissan. They escalated it to a manager. He apologized and told me to just bring it in now to get the oil change. I explained that I'm all the way in LA and just got it done correctly at AutoZone when I found out the issue as precautionary measure. The manager told me that next time I could bring in the car and CN would honor a free oil change. He stated that he put notes and it's in the system. CN kept calling me frequently that I my oil change was due and that I have an outstanding oil change available. I'd totaled my car and so didn't need one at those time. I eventually explained this to the rep and asked her to notate that it will be a different vehicle when I get a replacement. She said she did. After getting a new vehicle, I returned to make use of the outstanding oil change. Only to be told by Selma that there's no such outstanding oil change on my account. Also, that there are no notes regarding my claims. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he (none) is available and not sure when one would return. Was given business card for Steve at 951-900-8549 and told by uncaring and curt Sulma: "there's your car. You can take it. The key is still in there." She could use SEVERAL lessons in humility and compassion; but her behavior seem as if she thinks she owns the place and is untouchable. I left Steve a voicemail. Awaiting a followup call to share my experience. These people are scam artists. Take your money else where. They don't genuinely care about customer's' experience. It's all a facade.

Received a coupon from Nissan for a free synthetic oil change. Since it was with synthetic oil I made sure to schedule and visit the dealership as outlined in the notes of the coupon. I was told upon arriving at my scheduled appointment time that I had a recall for my brake fluid and the whole process should take about 2 hours. I ended up waiting 3.5 for an oil and brake fluid change. I did not buy any of the extras they suggested and I felt my visit went to "we will get to it, when we get to it" after that. Upon leaving and reviewing my paper work I noticed that standard oil had been used. My whole purpose for this visit had been defeated. My paperwork also stated if my visit was not exceptional to contact the manager, I left 2 messages over 4 days and never received a call. What could of been a good opportunity to build customer loyalty did the exact opposite....
