Wow! Called in with a screw in my tire and was helped out immediately. Fast and kind service. Mountain View Tire has earned my business for years to come. Highly recommend. The tech asked me for my wheel lock set which I had no idea what that was and he kindly helped me find it without making me feel dumb. Amazing customer service.

Does no one want to work anymore?!?!???Called this morning to have a tire plugged/patched and the guy who answered the phone said, " sorry our tire guy doesn't start til 9am.. confused because the shop just opened up at 7:30 and this place is a tire shop. Really??

I was passing through the area and realized one of my tires was very low on air and possibly had a flat. It was the first day of Hurricane Hilary so the driving conditions were not good. Even though the young man was very busy, he stopped what he was doing and repaired my tire.When he was done I went to go pay him and he said don't worry about it no charge you can get it next time".I don't live in the area but if I did I would definitely start using this shop for maintaining my vehicles.I didn't get his name, but it was the individual who was running the customer service desk on 8/20/23 at 2 or 2:30 pm.Thank YouJoeArtesia CA

Mark and Tony are the best!! Honest, professional and genuinely nice guys. My check engine light was on and Mark got it checked out right away, was able to clear the code and I was back on the road with no worries. And he didn't charge me a penny! It's so nice to know I can bring our vehicles here and know that they are trustworthy and taken care of. Thank you so much Mark , Tony and Mountain View Tire!

I can't give enough stars to this place. They do great work, the staff is personable and polite, and most of all - they are HONEST! My family owns five cars and I will only take them to Mountain View for service. I brought both of my daughters' cars in for brakes recently and they told me that one of them was in perfect condition and didn't charge me a penny. I know the dealership would have replaced them anyway and charged me twice as much. Huge kudos. These guys rule.

6/1/23 Came here to ask if they could replace my brake light bulb for me. I bought the bulb from Auto Zone and they recommended Mountain View to help me. The very nice gentleman there replaced it for me for free. I just want to thank him for being professional, courteous and friendly. As a single senior sometimes I have to rely on the kindness of others when it comes to my car. I hope this gentleman has a very blessed day.

On my way to my daughters travel softball tournament and got an alert that my tire pressure was low, discovered a nail in my tire. Air was draining fast. Googled the closest tire shop to me in Corona open at 7:45am! Explained to them the situation ( we were in uniform and fully packed car) and although they had a full shop they helped us out and patched up my tire quickly. Saved our day! my forever tire place . Thank you thank you. 10/10

We had a flat tire, called and asked if we had time to come in and get it patched since they were soon to close for the day. When we got there we felt welcome and they seemed excited to help. Excellent customer service, speedy work, and they top it off with a great attitude. Thank you for the experience!

The plastic cover of the rear wheel shaft was broken in of our cars and made noise when we drove the car. We took the car and asked them to fix it. They did it for free. It was very nice surprise and I appreciated very much. Very friendly and professional service!
