I had my catalytic converter stolen in the middle of the night in front of my house. I found this mechanic on Yelp and called them. They were the 3rd place I called and the only place willing to see me right away! I am so great full to have found them. Veronica was super great on the phone and even better in person. The mechanic is trustworthy and honest. I've never had anyone let me come see what was under the hood and even more explain to me the parts that were damaged AND show pictures from his personal experience.They really empathized with me about this situation and I sat in the office listening to how hard they tried to get me a replacement as quickly as humanly possible and for that alone, I'm grateful. I totally appreciated them being honest with the cost as well as the repairs. It takes the emotional sting off this situation. Honestly, I am trying not to cry because of the theft that brought me here but I'm so glad I found this place. First time here and I definitely come back for regular maintenance on our vehicles going forward. They are tucked in the back off of 6th Street but now that I know they are here, I think we finally found a trustworthy mechanics.Thank you Mota Auto Repair!

We took our car to Mota Auto Repair for a cracked exhaust. It ended up being a cracked manifold. We were very impressed on how they were honest with us and showed us exactly where the crack was. Their prices were very fair and they completed the work in one day. We will definitely be bringing our cars back here when they need repairs.

Amazing support! Cesar was so helpful. He really took the time to assess my car and explained everything to me. At first I thought it was the catalytic converter and he quickly said that it wasn’t. It ended up being a hose that was affecting the smog check passing. He saved me so much money! Highly recommend this place. Veronica and Alex were so welcoming and helpful too.
