Been to many metro stores and the employees always had an attitude and never tried to help me. I was ready to switch to cricket , I'm glad I came into this location the young lady name maria was very helpful. She answered my questions and was able to help me out with my problem in 2 seconds. Such a simple solution. Thank you to this store employee for helping me.

Hi I was at this store yesterday ..1191 Magnolia Ave Ste G Corona CA and the manager MARIA was extremely rude andNonchalant and even denied me services because I didn't agree with her. She is definitely a liability and a lawsuit waiting to happen . I left the store and stood in front outside to gather my thoughts she followed me outside shouting intimidating slurs or (street talk) directed to me, so I replied" Excuse me " she replied "oh nothing " so now I don't feel comfortable going back to the store because I don't if she is going to send her crew to harm me and my family

Maria and her staff offer terrible service. Been a customer for about 7 years. Never had an issue until I walked into this store. Really feels like they don't know what they're doing.Stay with Metro, just visit a different store. You'll thank me. I wish I could leave negative stars.

My experience at metro was definitely quick and easy thanks to Maria the store manager, super cool and friendly, great personality.. also love how she gives a good understanding to any questions or concerns you may have.. very great and an all around worker, awesome ??

Standing outside there store in a friday at 5:36 the store has no sign saying they will be back just locked up and they dont close till 7 its friday july 1st

I had a recent experience where I had to travel to several different Metro stores, that experience made me write this review. Overall I received the best customer service and price at this location. I bought the same phone the same day from a different location because I needed multiple phones I had to travel around, I ended paying $40 more at a different Metro location same day, same product also the other location did not set up my phone so I had to set it up myself. At this location they are friendly, helpful, caring, on point and professional they solve every problem I bring to them at other locations they were not much help, and only thing I was offered was products that required me to pay more at the time or pay more on my monthly bill, this Metro does not do that, they help you understand the product and services and let you decide what you need. I appreciate them for their wonderful.. its a short girl with curly black hair who works the mornings she is so amazing and friendly very helpful, great smile, good energy. The owner is a very knowledgeable man who definitely knows his technology and he has great recommendations that are based off knowledge and experience, not just on him trying to make a buck. I definitely recommend this store.BtwThey usually are busy or working the front alone so it may be wait but the service is worth it.

Maria is absolutely THE best Metro Manager I have ever encountered.! She went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my cell phone. She helped clear up a TON of space on my phone and explained so nice and very simply to me regarding MB, GB on the cell phones. She even took the time to answer MORE cell tech questions from me. I will be back in a few months to buy a new Samsung from Maria and will also be bringing my daughter in. She is outstanding, very rare these days to come across someone so genuine, so helpful, so kind. Thank you Maria, you made my day!

I talked to over 10 Metro tech spport reps over the phone including supervisors. Not one could help me fix my phone. Most were rude and i was a stop away from switching to Atat. Maria the manager at this store saved the day. She fixed my phone and was extremely friendly and nice to deal with. She should immediately be promoted to a high position with Metro and take advantage of your employees skill set! Maria. Godoy thankyou!!!
