This afternoon, one of your driver’s nearly slammed into me because he did not stay in his lane immediately after making a left hand turn right at the backside of executive airport. Alexis Escalante is a equipment tech at my facility. Alexis is a pleasure to have on our account. He is very knowledgeable, polite, and driven to all our business needs. Alexis is always willing to help and answer any questions or concerns we may have. He had made our day to day operations that much more easier by meeting our request efficiently which takes any concerns or worries away. We know if Alexis says he will do something it will get done. Great customer service glade to have him as a resource and part of our account.

Alexis Escalante is always super polite and efficient when here at RCH. He is always in and out when delivering and picking up equipment. He is a joy to be in the office. He has become one of our favorites and we always find ourselves asking where he is when we have another tech come in.
