My fiancé had opened up this mail box for his Buisness, I just moved in with him, so he added me and my Buisness to the mail box, I should had know from day one when it was a hassle to just add me to it!! I was also told I could not receive mail under my shortened name since it's not my legal name, even though I have been receiving mail from USP and UPSB all my life . I had placed an order for some office supplies, which they declined!! And returned to sender, I assumed It was because I was new and they didn't know my name yet, so I placed the order again ! Now in desperate need of supplies, I was so desperate I had to run to Staples to get a few things to hold me until my new shipment arrived, with my disbelief!! They returned that shipment AGAIN!! When I confronted them, their response was, basically the mail boxes are only for mail not large shipments , and they only receive shipments from certain truck companies . They did not even have the courtesy to call us and notify us!! Now I'm needing to change my forwarding address again, paying the post office again because of their incompetence. They have caused me loss of time, money and agitation. Thank goodness our rental is up next month. We will not renew!! Bad service, poor attitude, hours suck. Oh and don't forget your key They won't give you your mail even if you have your ID. That's just pure laziness. I would never recommend this place! I give them 0 stars if I could!! Do yourself a favor and get a UPS BOX I regret not doing so in the first place.

Rude, Lazy, and completely unprofessional to say the least. I will never set foot in that store again. Those old obnoxious ladies are crazy!

Great place! They do a lot! I love the fact that one does not have the long lines that you get at the Post Office. Not that I'm disrespectful of the Post Office. Mail Outpost is VERY close to home and that makes it super convenient for me. I have only had very helpful folks serving me when I have utilized their services. I highly recommend it!

The hours are short, and the staffs tempers are short, but they do have a bunch of dogs walking around, which is kind of different.

Rude employees. Especially the lady that was working on September 13th at 10am. Cuts customers off when they are speaking, super hard headed and difficult lady. They also need to update their pick up rules since it's more of an inconvenience than for their customers "protection". Especially when we are already providing all the proof that shows we are the owners of the package.

Due to the services offered, service can be a little slow. They hold packages for UPS as well as send money orders in various money items like that and sell money orders in Postage and Packaging. Small what I would call gift shop in the front of the store with miscellaneous small gifts. Store is very small.

I had a good experience here my mail was dropped off here by ups because I wasn't home to sign delivery and when I stopped by it was quick and easy to get my package. The line was pretty long but was moving. Have your ID and tracking info ready!

This place is absolutely horrible. Had a package delivered here and they needed my id to prove it was mine I brought it. Then they needed a business license to prove it was mine so I brought it . Then she said she needs an original business license because mine looked fake. Are you kidding me? This is a package lady not the Declaration of Independence. There is no such thing as a original business license what I got sent in the mail I showed them my exact business license . They did still not want to give me my package after multiple trips there & showing multiple forms of proof. I hate to say this to but very racist people & it's sad because we're in 2022. I will never step foot here again and recommend to use any other mail place. The place smells like rancid dog and it's very messy. They had completely damaged my refrigerated product that now puts me outa of pocket.

Literally the worst place to pick up mail from. They don't know anything about anything, literally. Michelle plays the victim card and can't seem to ace customer service if her life depended on it. Everyone as a whole there doesn't care about your concerns they leave it up to the customers to do their job for them.

If you like standing in line waiting for service and then told to purchase their products to repackage your items, then this the place for you to go. It seems they don't understand customer service. They could use some organizational development training. How about I'm sorry you had to stand in line for so long. We'll go ahead and take care of this return package for you since FedEx delivered the box damaged. It's through no fault of your own. Thank you for being patient, we appreciate your business!

If customer service is important to you, avoid this store and conduct your business elsewhere -- the two employees with whom I have done business are individually apathetic and offensive. This business has apparently been open for 30 years, despite the attitude that customers are a bother. Maybe there's a niche market for masochists that pay money to be treated poorly, or maybe these women just have a grudge against middle-aged white men. In October, 2020, well into the pandemonium that engulfed society, I went to Mail Outpost for the variety of services they offer, albeit grudgingly and with a frown. I don't wear a "face covering," and when no one even mentioned the need for one when I walked in, I thought I had found a place where I could do business. I spent thirty to forty-five minutes registering a motorcycle, getting a spare key made, and signing up for a year of mailbox services, for a total of more than $400. For a few weeks I collected my mail without incident. Whenever I found FedEX packages left outside the door I would take them inside and toss them through the gate so they didn't get stolen. (Don't have your deliveries made there on weekends, if you can help it, or they will apparently sit on the sidewalk until Monday.) One day, I found a slip in my mailbox telling me that there was a package waiting for me, but as I waited in line to pick it up, an employee (female, 60s, round face, salt-and-pepper perm) began yelling at me from behind her mask and counter-to-ceiling plastic panic shields, that she wouldn't serve me, despite the CDC "6' OR mask" rule. I asked that she just toss my package/s out the door to me, leave them on the table in the foyer, leave them on her counter and back up 6 feet... Nothing but HER way was going to be the way she would do it. In addition to all of the places where I have done business for the past, you know, "15 days," [or 18 months] that couldn't care less about "face coverings," large corporations came up with customer-oriented services to bring packages out to my truck or hold them for me to just dash in and grab, without harming anyone's sensitivities. Not so at Mail Outpost - by God, Allah, Buddha, or your preferred supreme being, you are either going to accept your so-called "customer service" on their terms or get none. After months of reenacting this scene, I finally wrote this in a letter, downloaded and completed an application for small claims court, and mailed both to the owner. Shortly before the deadline that I set to prevent the case from being filed I received a letter stating that my box would be closed immediately (giving me no notice or delay to arrange another mailing address). A small box with my captive items and a seriously discounted refund check -- $22 dollars was deducted for the postage of a small box sent about a mile -- (despite the same, yelling clerk's insistence on our first negative encounter that "all sales are final - no refunds will be issued") were mailed to me. Following the receipt of my captive items and the minimal refund, I returned to the store to return my mailbox keys. I waited in line without being yelled at, until my favorite clerk finished with her customer, noticed me and proceeded (resumed?) to yell at me about my mask. I approached her panic shield and slid my keys under it. Turning to leave, I nearly ran into one of many piles of ridiculous crap that clutters the entire store and heard the clerk and her customer giggling behind me: They have no way of knowing that I have recently lost vision in one eye, but laughing at customers, even former customers, for any reason is probably not the optimal way to encourage repeat business. For all of the same services grudgingly and misleadingly promised here, I recommend Postal Annex, just a few miles away on Green River Road: The staff is always pleasant, greeting customers the moment they cross the threshold, cheerfully helping with any service, and even checking the mailbox when a c

I'm very happy with this place. We've had a PO Box here for 20 years and have always gotten great service. You can pay utility/phone bills, get DMV stickers, a notary signature and maybe see a sweet dog. You can also pick up packages here and feel good that they won't get stolen off your porch. Make sure you have your ID with you when you pick up a package because you can also feel comfortable that they won't just give your package away to just anyone.
