Avoid purchasing Insignia products and refrain from buying from Best Buy as they do not uphold their brand commitment. The clerk was pleasant, but the manager displayed rudeness.

This Best Buy sucks! We were there today for Black Friday (it wasn't even busy at all) and there was NO ONE working in the phone area. We asked the guy at the front and security if they could call someone, said they would. A guy walking by us, asked him if there was anyone that could get us a phone and he said "I'll call someone, doesn't look like anyone's in that department but I'll try" and walked away. We waited and waited. Security and the guy just standing at the front said they would call someone again and they were coming right away. We stood there a good 20 minutes and nobody came. We left and drove to Eastvale. Greeted there immediately and bought a phone within 20 minutes. No wonder this Best Buy isn't busy. Customer service is crap here so won't ever return and give my business here again.

What a PAINFUL experience purchasing new appliances turned out to be at Best Buy! Currently finishing up a full remodel on a property and pitched a new washer, dryer, refrigerator, range/oven and microwave; purchased delivery and installation for all items. All appliances were purchased in July; here we are at the very end of august and the washer and dryer have yet to be installed. Today was the 3rd attempt to install and again they forgot to bring the connections which of course are part of the added delivery and installation charge. How to do mess up three times? Is this even possible? Well apparently it is!In lieu of a 4th attempt (emphasis must be placed on attempt) I will now just do it myself. Welcome to 2023!Maybe I should have them come pick it all up and buy from a store that has some clue about customer service and completing a job. I'm done with Best Buy as there are too many other options available....

Went in here and they welcomed us with a friendly smile, Elijah !! Very helpful and very attentive!! Helped me looking for what I needed and even picked out the best option for me! If you ever go to this location ask for Elijah's help !! He definitely deserves a promotion !! If any managers are reading this give this guy a raise !!:)

I say maybe cause geek squad has not been the way it use to be . No body care's anymore like costumer care -meaning to many rules and limitations to do or the costumer is right . How to explain . I came in on Saturday the 7/22/23 and of course no one in front of geek squad to help . I had to ask . So anyways I had an appt. But had to wait 20 min after my appt. . Vincent helped but he was okay , could of been more happy w/ his job . T-mobile needs to explain more when we come . I was told wrong that I would leave my phone for 1 hr to fix my cracked phone which Vincent said I has to leave my phone 3-4 days . Really ! Who would and that's why no go for going there . Also waste of time just to tell u this . My problem was not attended to . 2 thumbs down .

I have never had a good experience with this branch, and the most recent experience has been the worst. Long story short, I had a piece of equipment with Geek Squad warranty that was having issues. I wanted to have that equipment junked out and replaced as I use it for my business, but the geek squad department insisted that I send it in for repair which could take 4-6 weeks. I was not happy about that, but fair is fair, I have to give them a chance to repair the gear. After over a month, the gear came back, and NOTHING was fixed. The report indicated that all Geek Squad did was clean it and send it back. I insisted that they replace the gear , and the Manager (John) refused to help. He was rude, unwilling to help, and carried an ego on his shoulder that was pathetic. Geek Squad corporate provided a reference # with notes indicating that a replacement is approved and for the manager to proceed, but Johnny boy refused to even review the notes and told me he would do nothing but send it back for Geek Squad to do nothing with it for another 4-6 weeks.Useless. It is unfortunate that a business as big as Best Buy is unable to find managers that are competent. Complaint filed with corporate, will probably not do anything about it, but if the owner of the store is losing money, John is a big part of the problem.

This five star review is for the store leader Brenda. Not Best Buy as a company, as I'll probably never shop there again. I had preordered a game for pick up at the Yorba Linda location, and when I got to the store the useless employees said that there was no more of the preorder bonuses left. I'm not sure how that can't even happen for a preorder done weeks ago. I cancelled my order with them, and thought I'd try the location near me to see if they had any of the preorder bonuses in stock. They didn't. But Brenda, one of the store leaders there went above and beyond in trying to locate a steelbook for me. She was able to get in touch with a couple different stores, and was able to order one to be shipped directly to me. Brenda is a prime example of great customer service, a skill that has diminished in retail in the last few years. It's no surprise that she is in the role that she is in with Best Buy, and I am confident that she will excel anywhere she goes. I hope BBY recognizes that these employees are so invaluable for a company to survive in the days of online ordering. Maybe a role where she looks over multiple stores as a district leader would be better for her, because she is an example of excellence in service. Thanks Brenda.

Terrible Went in to buy new stove was told would be delivered last week and nope now there's a delay and it's another month away and could be postponed again. Now they are billing me for it even though I have not received it. Talked to customer service and they are absolutely rude Told me my only choices are to pay and wait for it or cancel my order. When I asked to speak to manager she didn't want to transfer me and pushed me to make a decision and said if I want to talk to a manager I could be on hold for 20 minutes. Never every buy appliances from them So we will be canceling our Oder and buy our stove with another company I didn't even want to give them a 1 star but it was only option

There is no body willing to help they just walk around like there are no costumer . They don't look to see if you need help I've been stand here for the last 20 minutes looking for an employee Best Buy has gone down hill in helping people

I bought TV 3 months ago and the agent told me I will get 15% (which is almost 240 dollars) cash back if I open new credit card with them, and till now I didnt receive anything, I tried to call and they told me Im eleigible for 15 dollars only not 15% ( as the agent told me)

Recent I ordered a TV mount for a Black Friday purchase and when I got home, I discovered that what I paid full price for as a new item had in fact been returned and pre installed. There was even a very used tape measure left in the box by the person who returned it. With a little ingenuity and a few parts I had around the house I was able to get the Sanus TV mount up on the television installed. Given the possibility I was inadvertently sold a used item, I originally had tried to reach out directly to the store to bring this incident to the store Manager's attention as I would hope this is not a common practice. After calling for two days and leaving three messages I became more frustrated on how hard it was to contact someone at the store than I was being sold a used item. Imagine if this was a gift for someone and I had taken the time to wrap it and ship it only to have them open and find it was a used. This lack of transparency and inability to talk with a manager at the store level shows me a flawed business practice. As a business owner myself, I understand how problems do occur time to time however, I always do my very best to be responsive to my clients. I also feel that it's important to support our brick-and-mortar stores for their continued success, and not to constantly rely on outlets like amazon.com. A simple phone call and an offer of an apology would've completely satisfied the issue and prevented this review.

Words experience ever when there because I was on my way back. Home to bay xmas gifts for my kids No one on the floor to help someone say just wait there and someone will help you After 12 minutes waiting no one show up I have to ask a couple more guys and they indicated again someone will help After 17 minutes a guy show up and they have bad attitude If u don't like ur job or u don't feel well stay home I take my business and money somewhere else

I know why they say the economy is headed downhill- a total lack of customer service and motivation. This BB for some reason opens at 11am when the rest of the center opens at 9 or 10am. There were 9 people waiting to get inside at 10:45 and I asked the guy inside drinking his Red Bull if we could come on and you know, start spending some money?! Nope- he was super rude. I've been in retail for 23 years and I know for a fact as a manager I would have wanted to get those customers inside and get some early sales. This location needs to adjust hours if customers are waiting at the door pre open.

Aj spent his break helping me find the best gaming laptop for my son. We knew nothing about laptops and left with the best knowledge, thank you AJ
