Would recommend avoiding this place. I got my watch fitted first payed and on my way out I decided to ask about several items at first the lady working there seemed very honest with the prices but as I seemed more interested in multiple items I noticed she would stare at the back of the jewelry to check the price and would take awhile to tell me the price as if she was making up a price in her head. The lady was asking 3 thousand for diamond earrings I said okay how much are your Moisanite earrings and she picks up the jewelry looks at the back and acts like she can't read the price and clearly just makes up a number and says they're 3 thousand!! I looked at my wife and kind of laughed because if you know jewelry her prices are not making sense considering she's charging the same amount for diamonds as Moisanate. Then she proceeded to say today we are doing a 50% off deal so with the discount it will be $2,000 which made zero sense. She had no passion as jeweler and was worried about making a score. I initially just showed up to have a watch fitted it was a last minute thing so came here as my Jeweler is closed on Sunday once she saw my Car , watch and my wife's jewelry and out of curiosity I just asked about certain pieces she figured if she could make try and make one big transaction. I got my watch being fitted and we left. I recommend Cortez Jewelry on Main Street for anyone in Corona who needs anything done. Two Very passionate brothers who have been in the trade more than 50 years. I will never return to a place where they try and take advantage of customers and play them like fools.

I came in yesterday to have my fiancés ring finger sized. The woman working handed him the rings offering no help. I had to verbally ask her to help size his finger and she reluctantly gave her help after. I then asked if there were men's bands to see what style he would like and her response was, "Oh they're scattered around." The lackadaisical and indifferent attitude we were greeted with was unacceptable. We came in on a whim because we passed by after doing errands and were excited to see a jeweler close by and the treatment truly dampened the day. Please take your business to a reputable and respectable jeweler that gives customer service. Do not waste money on ungrateful disrespectful individuals.

I pulled up and I saw the lady that works here run to the back. I called and she was rude AF and just said "what do you want!?", I explained to her that I want to look at the jewelry and I need some jewelry cleaner and she told me she was at lunch and maybe some other day. Now mind you if I didn't just come from my office she probably would have treated me different, but I rode my bicycle because of the traffic. This lady instantly judged me and decided she wasn't going to let me in. If I could give negative stars for her attitude I would. This is the second time trying to go here and the same thing happened the first time. This lady profiles anyone that is not in a suit and tie. She is too quick to judge!!

The jewelry looks cheap and flimsy. Also the jeweler here seems desperate for business so she will continuously flirt with your man to obtain more business. I wouldn't recommend coming here.

Came in to get a quote on one of my handbags metal chain to be shortened and they quoted me $110, the tool for this is literally $5, so needless to say this business is a rip off LOL. Jewelry: Took a look around their jewelry cases and everything looked old and dated. Tip: don't lose a customer forever by overshooting your price

I woke up in the middle of the night and discovered my 1.35 carat center stone missing from my wedding set. Thankfully, I found it in my kitchen on the counter close to where I had been kneading bread. Since I've worn this beautiful set every day since April 2001, I was desperate to have it remounted because it has become a part of my hand. I called several places and ended up at Lupita's Jewelers. They were able to repair my ring and remount my diamond same day. Only issue is I thought $220 was a bit excessive. I paid it though because I did not have time to shop around and he was able to do it same day. I'm very pleased with the repair and super grateful to have my set back on my hand the same day cleaned beautifully and shining...like a diamond...LOL If I do a bit more research and discover their prices are not excessive, I will revise my review and give them 5 stars, as well as return again as a regular customer.

I came in to get my mothers ring repaired. Met a nice and friendly gentleman. He provided wonderful service, quoted a price, assured me the work would be done in four days. Within two days I receive a call the ring was ready. I'm so happy with the craftsmen ship. I since have taken additional pieces of jewelry for repairs.

Came here to get a repair & fix my gold chain. The jeweler there was cool and got it done in 30 minutes ! I went to get some food and when i came back it was like a brand new chain. They polished it and cleaned it up and even offered me discounts on merchandise!! I will definitely be returning here thanks Lupitas Jewelers for the engagement ring and watch services

I needed an antique gold necklace repaired, my wedding ring lost a little diamond that needed to be re-set and my watch needed a new battery. The gentleman who helped me was great, the service was fast and SO efficient. He even polished my ring and it looked better than ever! I've already recommended this jewelry to other friends. So refreshing to receive such great service! This is what fantastic customer service is!

I was here recently looking for a fast repair on 2 necklaces that broke. The gentleman there was very helpful and very polite from the time we walked in. He did a great job with salvaging my broken necklace and turning it into a bracelet. Pricing was reasonable, and turn around time was about 30 minutes. Place is clean, a lot of beautiful jewelry too. I'll be returning for repairs on my watches. Definitely recommend this place.

I just moved to the corona area from orange county. I decided to have one of my Old Tanzanite rings reset because I did not like the old setting. Luis at Lupitas jewelers did an absolute amazing job. So well that I literally gasped when he showed it to me! I feel like the picture does not do it justice. It truly looks like a heirloom piece and it is absolutely gorgeous! The weight of the gold feels substantial as well. I highly recommend Lupita's jewelers for any of your jewelry needs.

I am a diabetic with a medical ID bracket. I bought it on line. The chain link wore and it fell off me twice this week. I saw Lupita's while at Chase. I walked into see if he could fix it. He was honest and said no because it's not real silver. He could see I wanted flat metal design and a secured tag. He went in back and came out with a silver bracelet. He offered me a fair price a attached my ID tag for free on the spot while I waited so I would not be without it. So grateful for local businesses like this. While I was there 2 ladies came in and picked up custom rings. They were each delighted!!
