Waited for 30 minutes to get plywood cut at the saw; 3 associates walked by and just shrugged when asked if they can get someone to help. Had to call the store phone # twice before they sent someone to the saw - A cashier that said I have never used the saw before!! Gave up and left. Thanks for 30 minutes wasted!

I went to lowes corona on last Saturday. I was very confused coz i have no experience about to fix my pressure washer in the apartment. TED and MICHAEL explained and helped me in detail. And i bought the same thing and used it at my apartment. Its was wonderful. Thanks Ted and Michael. Really appreciated. ?

We had some lights in the kitchen go out, so needed to replace the bulbs and possibly also the starter. Had never been to a Lowe's before, but it was in the area so we gave it a shot. Was kind of picturing a Home Depot with different logos and funnily enough, I wasn't that far off. As far as selection they had most items you'd expect / need, but I noticed it was quite difficult to get assistance. Finding someone as well as getting into a situation where I could explain what I was looking for was a challenge. Could be a result of the current worker shortage, I guess. We finally flagged someone down and they simply pointed. Okay, at least I have an idea of where to go I guess. I asked if they at least recycle fluorescent light bulbs and the person didn't know. In the end I found some simple bulbs (which was harder than you might guess if you're not a super handy person), but wasn't able to find the smart lights I was hoping for. Did they have them? Did they not? Who knows? I couldn't find them and nobody seemed too interested in helping me, so Lowe's loss I guess. I would've given a lower review, but in the end someone did explain Lowe's does not recycle these types of bulbs, which is fair, and they did tape them up for me, which was nice. Anyway, average experience I guess. Edit: One more thing just for transparency's sake - two of the employees I interacted with had masks on, but worn below their noses. So their noses were completely sticking out / exposed. You can decide for yourself if that's a problem for you.

Website seems to always show things you can pick up in store but you can't because they are out of stock. 4 times in a matter of 3 weeks and time for a different product. They seriously need to do an inventory adjustment and correct there on hands.

Sharing my experience because some employees don’t have great customer service. I approached to young guys wish I got their names. They were on a forklift machine while we were looking for laminating floors. We traveled from the riverside store to the corona store because we were advised they were in stock of our item. The two young boys scanned our item when and saw that it may be on a pallet on the very high roof then told us there was a different team who locates the floors on the weekdays and couldn’t Help us. So I decided to ask another employee. Tony took his time to bring down the pallet and check for the item which is so much appreciated and valued customer service. Thank you Tony!

For two full weeks I was looking for a set of cabinets to match the kitchen cabinets in our new office, I went to several stores searching for these cabinets. I received false and misleading information and I was directed to stores that didn’t have the cabinets. I was about to give up on my project when I met Jason Radwell at the Lowe’s Corona store. Jason found the exact cabinets I needed quickly. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind, he understood my frustration and took the extra steps to help me with my project. PRE-COVID I bought a new fridge. My $2000 fridge died after a few weeks. Whirlpool warranty sent an incompetent fool from IMPACT APPLIANCE REPAIR. (AVOID IMPACT APPLIANCE REPAIR) The guy said we needed a part and then never got back to me. I called Lowes, I called the warranty number and all I got was more pissed off. I ended up finding the part and replaced it myself. Fast forward a year and the fridge died AGAIN! I called the manager at Lowes and shared my nightmare. Kevin is the guy!!!!! He did exactly what you would expect. He found me a replacement and in a couple days I had a new fridge delivered and installed. Thank you Kevin and Eddie! THAT IS HOW YOU RETAIN CUSTOMERS!!!!

I ordered a table online. Delivery schedule was for June 29. I ordered this because I wanted to have a nice table for 4th of July Celebration. Today is July 13th and still waiting for my table to be delivered . I won’t use Lowe’s again for online purchases.

This review is specifically for David in the Millworks department. I called in to make an appointment for someone to come out and do measurements for window coverings. After being on hold for about 30 minutes And being transferred around three times, someone hung up on me. I was very frustrated, and when I called back my phone call was for some reason transferred to millworks. David answered the phone and although window coverings are not his department, he walked over to the Home decor department and put in my order on his own then he went the extra step to walk up to customer service and explain everything to the woman there who then took my payment over the phone. Thank you for the excellent customer service when I was so frustrated, David

Great selection, terrible customer service. I'm a 54 year old woman whom went to buy 45 8ft shiplap pieces of wood. Asked for help and the manager in that Dept said I will find someone to help you. 1 hr later never showed up. I did it myself. Cashier never once asked me if I needed help. I just had surgery two weeks prior. I had to load all 45 8 footers in my truck myself. I saw 3 male customers in the parking lot helping a lady with her load. I know hiring is hard right now but get your s*** together corona Lowe's!!!!!!!

Unlike Home Depot where I went first, Lowes had EVERYTHING I was looking for plus easy plentiful parking, uncrowded store, quick checkout. Should have gone to Lowes first and will next time.
