Terrible company. Their 3rd party that is always breaking things and not delivering is a joke. Employees can't do anything. Do Not purchase Anything worth anything. Amazon is always better. Even appliances now days. Very sad.

this store is a circus! no one ever wants to help. and when I find a Lowe's employee they turn the other way. "head cashiers" always have some type of attitude on them when I ask for help. today it took a on duty manager 30 mins to get to me! the day before a nice young lady paged for a manager many times even offered to help me but I asked for the manager by name and guess what ... a no show !!!!!! so I left. I've been hearing horrible customer service coming out of this Lowe's location. do yourself a favor take the drive to jurupa valley/eastvale Lowe's location you'll be treated with great service and respect. I didn't even want to add the 1 star . this Lowe's is horrible.

I like this location the people are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they shut down all the cash registers except at lumber. I hate self checkout. I have been accused of theft in the past, not at Lowe's. Due to this I will never again use self checkout. So now they only have one register open. It drives me nuts. Please open more cash registers. The self checkout is just too potentially problematic for me.

Lowe's has always provided excellent customer service. Store is well stocked and offers many items to meet the needs forHome upgrades, projects and for every day maintenance. The contractors used for home upgrade services are professional and detailed oriented.

I rarely come to big chains hardware stores but when the small guys don't have what I need I have to come here. You can never find anyone to help and when you do get helped they rush like they're in a race to get you what you need. Here you go goodbye....Your better off asking someone else in the isle your in for they're opinion.

WE needed help on a project for our lawn and "Jason" was great, helpful, pleasant and knew exactly what we needed. Then later in the store WE needed help again regarding a color stain on the treated redwood we had installed(not by Lowes but another company) and Jason again came to the rescue! With great customer service it helped us quicker to get in the right department and get home!Thank you again Jason!!

A few weeks ago I went into lowes looking for a specific Patio set were 2 other lowes did not assist me (they were no help and very rude, Lowes in Eastvale and Riverside). When I was walking around the patio area Aaron, greeted me and let me know if I had any questions he would be right with me as he was helping another customer. Just a few minutes later he found me as i was looking at the patio sets and we started the search on the one i was specifically looking for. Corina later approached and helped us both look for the Patio set, unfortunately we were unable to locate it but instead I purchased the display. Corina took over assisting me as aaron had to step away, she was so kind and so apologetic due to wait time as she herself was assisting myself and another customer, i chose to wait as i could see Corina was trying her best. The display item had a few nicks and she asked Isabelle ( Customer service) if she could help me, with out any hesitation Isabelle did, she was super friendly and personable. The purpose of my review is to acknowledge these hard working individuals, I hope management will see this. Thank you Corina, Aaron and Isabelle. There were other associates that day that assisted me as well I just cannot recall their names. But these 3 were memorable.

Just left the store and need to find a huge THANK YOU to Tyler. I wanted to purchase a outdoor dining table and quickly realized that I could not pick it up let alone it into my small car. I was going to just not spend the money to save the effort and Tyler saved the day. He offered to help and loaded it to the cart. I appreciate your help!!

I came in to buy a grill & was assisted by Matt & Jason. I bought a grill that was assembled. I drive a Hyundai Kona ( don't have have truck) & we weren't sure if it would fit in the vehicle. Jason had a gear attitude & went into problem solving. Jason & Matt removed the hood / wheels, which were the trick to the grill fitting. I drove a few blocks to my house & my grill is ready to go!!! THANKS Matt & Jason, for having a great attitude & for your willingness to try. It made a huge difference!!!

Kelly - the "paint lady" in the paint department is one of the best in the world of paint!! I have been painting ALOT in the last two years and I have learned more about paint from this lady than in all the other stores put together. Lowe's is lucky to have her.

I've ordered black stone griddle with installation but uninstalled box was dropped off at the house. They never answer their phone. I've been calling for the last few days trying to get hold of sales associate and no luck. No answer. No explanation. No solutions

I was trying to get a refund for a gift card a store associate had previously made useable when she scratched the number off and made it unreadable. First, they said there was nothing on it so my sister got me the receipt, then when I brought it in they said they were not responsible because it was bought at a CVS and to call the customer service number on the back of the card. The customer service line said that Lowe's would refund it so I had my sister take it to the customer service desk while customer service was on the phone with her. She told the customer service associate what the guy on the line said, so the lady at the desk called in the manager. The manager Pam came in a significant amount of time later and could be heard yelling from a distance that she didn't want to talk to customer service on the phone and that they had no authority and that they are not responsible for gift cards, and carrying on and got madder and madder the more my sister's anxiety visibly got worse and worse. She had a full-on panic attack. Pam finally relented and issued the refund saying that it was all "nothing." Don't buy Lowe's gift cards. Avoid having to go through the customer service wringer by not doing any kind of business with Lowe's at all.

Run to Home Depot!!! We have purchased nearly all our large home appliances at the Home Depot. We've never had an issue. Even when something breaks down, the turnaround time (with the extended warranty) is extremely quick, the techs are great, and we're up and running. Unfortunately, it is the polar opposite with Lowes. Because the Home Depot didn't carry the model my wife wanted, we took a flyer on Lowe's for this particular Maytag washing machine. Needless to say, it broke down after 2 years, but we have the extended warranty, so nothing to worry about, right? Wrong. First Lowe's tells us that a tech will be on site in 2 days. Then the tech calls to let us know they'll be there in 10 days! When the tech does arrive, it's in a beat up car, not work truck, (magnetic sign barely hanging on the dented door panel), smelling of smoke. He then proceeds to requests a dozen towels, as he floods out the entire laundry room. Then he says he can't fix it, and needs to order parts. Of course, the parts won't be in for another 7-10 business days. When the parts do come in, we are given an appointment 5 days out. We then get a call back letting us know that there was a scheduling glitch and it will be another week. All in, we are looking at a month to get a machine fixed that is fully under warranty. I have reached out to Lowe's several times, was told I would be getting a call back from a supervisor. Unfortunately, (but not surprisingly) no one has ever called. We have 2 adopted 6 year old girls and 2 additional foster toddlers. Our washing machine is obviously pretty important to us. I totally get that appliances will break down, and parts are not always in stock. But the lack of urgency, professionalism or any type of customer service recovery is pathetic. Thank goodness it's only our washer and dryer under Lowe's protection, nothing else. Oh, did I mention that as of today, washer is still broken...
