Leo & Katherine are seriously a top notch realty team and we were thrilled to utilize their services to purchase our first home 12 years ago then sell that home this year to move cross country. They are both so knowledgeable and work together to provide stellar service. I’m seriously saddened to not be able to work with them in the future as we are clear across the country now, but we will forever be grateful for all that they did for us.I learned so much from both of them-not only about selling a home but also buying a home. They go above and beyond what other realtors do and they work hard for each and every client. I truly appreciated how they presented us with options and came up with a plan; even in difficult situations. We felt like we were working together as a team and that’s how it should be. I loved that they did everything in-house. From photographing our home and dealing with the buyers’ agent, to providing lender recommendations and so much more. We are so pleased with the service we received from Leo, Katherine and their team. In advising us on the sell of our home, they were honest and helpful. They only suggest repairs that were truly necessary, which helped us keep money in our pocket. He expressed concern and made sure we were aware of the consequences when we agreed to sell before we bought a new home. He also arranged for an extension so we can stay in our home for a month after we sold! Plus we sold at a considerable increase over our asking price.When buying our new home, they listened to our preferences and valued our time by not show us a bunch of homes that did not meet our price range or wish list. We found our forever home and we are so very thankful to Leo & Katherine.

Leo & Katherine were great to work with! We were relocating to a different state, and coordinating the sale of our home with the purchase of a new home in our new state. They worked seamlessly with my purchasing realtor and made the process as stress free as possible!They took high quality professional photos of our home, and advertised it through various avenues. We received multiple offers above asking, and sold our home in less than a week!Even after the sale closed, they assisted us in securing a package that was delivered to our old home and mailing it to us in our new home state. They were friendly, helpful, professional and experienced.

I bought my first home (by myself) with the help of Leo and Katherine. I had no idea what I was doing to be honest. Thank God I had Leo and Katherine to help me through this whole entire process. Leo and Katherine are amazing. They are knowledgeable, patient, responsive , professional and genuinely cared about getting me in the home I was going to love. They went above and beyond what usual real estate agents usually do for their clients. They are efficient and every time I wanted to see a house they were so quick to get me in especially in this market now you have to have someone work fast for you. They were knowledgeable about the homes we saw, came prepared and answered all my questions and I had a lot. They were so patient with me. I can't say enough great things about this team. I loved the service provided so much I referred them to a friend who was selling his house and he felt the same way as I did. They are easy to talk to and was able to work with me with my crazy work schedule. Whether you're buying a home or selling your home you won't get any better service, honesty, promptness and knowledge from anyone else. I can not begin to express my gratitude with the service my family received from Leo & Katherine. They had started with helping us get into a rental but that market was extremely competitive. We were in a tight spot so we decided to buy. They said they could get a house that we would be happy with and close in 30 days. And I can’t believe they did it in 29 days!!! They connected us with an awesome loan advisor, Marina La Valle. We were kept up to date daily. They are extremely knowledgeable and they don’t cut corners. I was so happy with them that I referred my sister who they are currently working with.
