Helped my daughter get a car here through True cars. Robert the internet manager was great to work with. We had my daughters financing all in place through a credit union. Highly recommend, so you know what your best option is. We also knew the price of an extended warranty through the credit union. Get into finance and that was a whole different story. Robert almost lost this deal due to the finance guy. The numbers kept changing the terms of the warranty kept changing. The warranty went from $1800 to $2700. We finally said no we will purchase it through the credit union. Oh do you have a Costco card yep I do. Then the warranty went down to $1700. Do your homework before you go to any dealer to buy a car. If you don't know what is going on you will get the raw end of the deal. They are not in business to lose money. They are going to make money on the car, the add ons, warranty,

I do not recommend this dealership for any type of service. The service desk people are rude especially the service girl Jacky. I was basically stolen money after declining service I did not want. She likes to take Advantage their clients and gives a nasty attitude. If I could give this place a zero I would. I do not recommend you come here at all.

Good afternoon,Yesterday I scheduled and appointment for an oil change when I arrived as I was told before that I had to stop at the sign and wait for assistance well I waited and waited and no one came out so I walked in and I wasn't even greeted or acknowledged I came to close to the counter and said hello and one of the 3 women said give us a few and we will be with you in a moment, okay so I waited patiently I gotta say that this has been the worst experience that I have ever had why are women so rude.. I get better service on Saturday's by men than the women that work here.. customer service is a must in all kinds of places please acknowledge your customers and smile and be nice.. don't be jerks this is your job this is what you get paid for.. please Nissan take some time and look at the women you have working here.. they need an attitude makeover.Thank you

I purchased my car from Corona Nissan dealership either in 2016 or 2017, and I have consistently brought it back to their service center for maintenance. The only service that I have not had done at Corona Nissan is tire replacements. I have been a member of the one to one reward program since at least 2017, which made the cost of service bearable. However, for the past 2+ years, I have inquired about the return of the program and have been repeatedly told that it just recently came back and I that I would be re-enrolled. As a result, I have been missing out on accumulating points that can be redeemed as discounts. Additionally, the oil change and check-up process at this dealership takes an entire day, which I find to be quite excessive. It seems unreasonable to drop off my car at 11am and be given an estimated pick-up time of 6pm. Considering these issues, I am uncertain if I will continue servicing my car here once my current oil package is completed.

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation about a month ago. I was informed that my brakes were good and at 7mm. Getting close to change but not yet. 1 month later my brakes started to grind. Took it back and the brakes were metal on metal. So either i went through 7mm within a month on 800 miles driving or my paperwork was filled out incorrectly. Also, I was told my filters were in need of urgent change but I just changed them like 2 weeks prior so I knew that wasn't true. I was also told that I needed an alignment which another dealership confirmed that I didn't. Don't trust the paperwork here. Ill be requesting a refund for my oil changes as I am not even sure they changed the oil or filter based on this experience.

Protective plate on bottomOf vehicle was not secured and fell upon driving home due to bolts not being refastened after service was completed. Quality of service was terrible, not efficient at all. I was told to call roadside assistance, I am terribly disappointed and dissatisfied with the dealership in general.

Salesperson lied to us about the warranty details. "Pre-inspected" car came with broken/malfunctioning electronics and other issues. Sales managers insisted that they must've given us the right info and that the car must've been damaged by us, and they refused to acknowledge any of our concerns. Overall these guys are crooks who are only interested in taking your money; avoid them at all costs.

SALES DEPTJust got home from a 5 hour drive, and I am HEATED, to say the least! After looking for a car within my budget and fighting fast increasing interest rate, I found a model at Corona Nissan. This vehicle was slightly over my budget ($32k price vs. $30k my requested budget), so I called to discuss and explain my particular situation.I'm in San Diego 2 hours away. I am a greiving sister who recently finished funeral arrangements and expenses. I am recovering emotionally AND financially. I don't want to waste their time or mine. I'm just not at 100% myself to go through the haggling negotiations. I have a budget I'd like to stick to. I asked if we could get anywhere near where I needed to be to comfortably buy a car since I sold mine to cover funeral expenses. They reassured me that they have never lost a sale due to price and yes! There was absolutely room for negotiating.I reiterated, "Please be honest." I am driving two hours to get this car, and I'm ready to buy Hassan (Sean) reassured me they could help. Even if we didn't get all the way, we could get closer.Fair enough, I got in the car, filled the tank, and drove two hours! I get there and was quickly passed on to someone else. Sean was not available even though I made the appointment with him.We go test drive the vehicle, and as soon as I turn it on, it starts trembling really bad! We are both shocked! He asked me to put it back in park, then drive and go. Maybe it would go away. At every slow down or stop it rattled really bad. We go back and I am really concerned, he states it's the 3 cylinder new motor cause it has more power... really? No new car should rattle that much!Next he brings out a sheet to discuss pricing while he asked service to take the car in the back to get it fixed. The pricing he showed was $47k !! That's $15k over the advertised price! He said that was the internet price and this was the "in store price". He said this is MSRP and these are all the factory installed extras. Wait a minute! MSRP and all these extras where already paid with the first sale of the vehicle, this is a used car! Brand new models are $36k- $39! $47k is still over a brand new model with zero miles! (Thinking) Get out a here with that mess. VS what I said..., look I discussed this with Sean over the phone, we discussed the $32k price and there was wiggle room to get it closer to where I needed it to be. He said let me go talk to my manager,,, uh huh,, same ol' sales man tactics... , I'll ask, but the price is $47k, and there's no way we can get it down to where you need it to be... he walked away and I got into my car and left!! ANOTHER 2 HOUR DRIVE HOME VERY UPSET!I explained all of this over the phone, greiving is not a good place to be in general, but with service like this, it's just terrible! They had no empathy or respect for my situation, grief, time, or money! I spent 5 hours today driving there for nothing! Wasted over $50 in gas, lost the day from doing other errands, crying on the drive home, I was so upset, just how they have no humanity, just Sell, sell, sell, over human dignity!Terrible experience all the way around! The only good thing I can say is I dodged a bullet from buying a LEMON CAR!!Shame on Corona Nissan!

Had an appointment at 830 got there at 825, had no direction where to go since it was my first there, i parked and went inside to talk to someone from the service office, the service advisor Jackie Diaz didn't even get up to come help, she told me i had to move my car to the front which i did just so she can yelled at me to go around, no direction , no help, no customer service whatsoever, I waited, went around and nothing. I had to get out of my car for the 4 time to get someone's attention. She was extremely rude looking at me up and down.

David Farias was amazing. We talked to him And told him the car that we wanted and the price that we wanted to pay for it. he took care of everything before we got to the dealership and everything was so easy. We didn't waste any time. I am bringing my sister to buy her next car with him.

Employee Kevin from the service department has caused me to never want to do business with Nissan ever again.I made a service appointment for 8:00 am Saturday and took the car in. Not only was he rude and disrespectful but he was purposely being disrespectful. He let me know it was going to be a 2 hour wait for an oil change. i asked why and he said because there was 150 cars they had to service. I let him know i had an appointment and was purposely letting other cars pass and actually parked my vehicle where it almost got hit twice. I wish it would have gotten totaled because that way i would never have to work with Nissan again but alas i ended up taking my keys and paying for an oil change elsewhere despite having purchased the oil changes when i purchased my car. I will NEVER let anyone from Nissan service my car again. You should not purchase any service from this dealership, they hire unprofessional people.

I appreciated the fact that during the sales process Brian was respectful and did not insult my intelligence or waste my time with posturing and sales games. We negotiated a fair price and signed papers in a straight forward manner.

I wanted to buy a car for msrp. I explained I wanted to lease it. They tried to talk me out of leasing. They tried to sell me add on for 2400. I said I don't want them. They said they will sell for cost. I said please sell me the car for msrp. They said no. All along they explain how they are strait shooters. They are not. I would not recommend them to anyone
