This place is trash. I don't think there is one certified mechanic. They don't know how to troubleshoot and they can't complete the work. Overheating issues. Had the car towed there twice and then my radiator almost fell out cause they didn't torque it to the support. Oh and brakes still squeak. I wasted 3k on them and then had to go to the dealership to have the repairs done correctly.

horrible company to go to untrustworthy and a big rip off and lack of communication. Don't know what they're doing. Can't believe they're still in business. I advise you not to take your car there and waste your time. my vehicle was left unannounced unlocked and broken into also things were stolen.

Best family owned business I've ever been too. Entire staff is knowledgeable and has worked on all three of my cars for years without an issue. Quotes are always lower than other local shops. I buy used tires from them to save money, but all the ones I've purchased are literally "like new". Lalo, Hector, Angel, Maggie, Juan and Des are always helpful when I have questions. I, selfishly, almost don't want to recommend this place in case it sends more people to them, making my wait longer! Five Stars!

Lalo took almost 4 weeks to do a simple transmission job which would have taken 3 days tops anywhere else. They also have poor customer service skills and communication. And my transmission went out again after a few weeks. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Expensive he wanted $545 for a water pump job on my 2007 Chevy trailblazer LS $145 an hour he said it was a 4 hour job I hired a mobile mechanic from RIVERSIDE and he did the job in less than 2 hours for $160 total cost with parts was $300 Don't go to LALO"S HE'S A RIP OFF

This is the best place ever! Been working with these mechanics for over 10 years everytime they solved all problems car kept safely and secure solved all my issues while other DESPERATE VAMPIRE CAR MECHANICS WANTED $2,800 He solved the issue with a simple $200 oil change! I refer all my family members they're all coming here only!

From my 1st and 2nd e experience, I can honestly confirm based on the evidence, lalos has been using different tactics to over charge the average consumer. In parts, services, inaccurate quotes over the phone, he's just getting greedy and ripping off your average hard working, honest individuals like us. I will be reporting this business to the appropriate agencies for investigations.

Driving through town hours from home and our fuel tank strap broke and was dragging on the ground. We stopped in with no warning and asked if he could look he told us to come around back and he did the repair asked if we needed anything else so he charged our AC too since we realized it wasn't cold... he did both and we were out within an hour. Awesome considering we had two little kids with us!!! And He could have gouged us with price since we didn't even ask how much as we were desperate and he was super reasonable!!! Very much recommend and if we ever are in the area will use Lalo!! Thank you!!!

The A/C in my car was blowing out warm air, so I took my automobile to Lalo's. The owner diagnosed that I need to replace my A/C line, because it was ripped in multiple places. He also stated he would have to remove the front end of my car to access the lines. He then gave me an written quoted for over $800.00 for the repair. This did not sound right, because I YouTubed the problem before hand. I told him to give me my car and left. I drove to Harvey Autotech and my car was diagnosed with no Refrigerant. They replaced the Refrigerant within 25minutes, and charged $200. Lalo's tried to rip me off and will never receive business from me ever. If you go to this shop please get a second opinion!Service: Auto A/C replacement
