Carece at the return center is really rude and not really joyful or helpful at all. Her mood is really down putting. Didn’t acknowledge us when we were the only ones in line and gave us a dirty look while she was on the phone… This is the second time…

I went in to return a dress & the older white woman who was at the returns counter was very rude. She has a really nasty attitude… I had never experienced this before at any store. I hope management does better with their employees. I will not be coming back to this location.
