Literally the nicest, best customer service from a dismantler. Every other dismantler acts like you're inconveniencing them when you call. Not these guys. Very professional and willing to help get you the info you need to make a purchase.

The staff is amazing. I purchased an electronic part , which I was informed to bring it back by 5:00pm for a full refund. The person working on my truck did not bring it back. I went the following morning to explain.They went above and beyond to help me. to I was informed that he left a terrible review which I’m here to say is not true what so ever. He was blaming Indiana for his incompetence. I have never received anything they didn’t stand behind. I recommend them highly.

This guy is a thief and sells busted equipment claims it’s good ….So we bought a fuse box from this guy plugged it in and it didn’t work it to was blown out he gave us a warranty till the end of day I mean who does that sells busted a&$ parts and won’t stand behind them when they fail what a thief!!!

I called about an engine for my 1978 truck and the lady on the phone was like, it's almost 2023. You're looking for a engine so old. Would not recommend them.

I bought a transmission and a transfer case for a Chevy Silverado with a 90 day warranty 7 months ago. I paid a mechanic to install them and my truck was running great but after a couple week I could feel the transmission acting up so I took my truck back to Indiana truck savage. When I got there an employee went with me for a test drive and he totally agreed that the transmission had issues when I got back from the test drive Troy agree that he would replace the bad transmission that he sold me for another one but it's been 7 months and I haven't got anything yet. Not being able to drive my truck affected me for months. Totally recommend to go somewhere else especially when you are buying an expensive pieces keep in mind that they do not respect their warranty.
