There are not enough good words to say about Impact Canopies USA! From Anne taking all my questions, making my ideas even better then I thought they could be, to Nick being creative with problem solving my table cover heights and making my design POP, to the President of the company delivering my gorgeous canopy himself, so I could have it by Labor Day and start my first business on time! Every person in this company makes extremely high quality products, and then goes the extra mile for you to get it done BETTER then you thought it would be. The canopies themselves are so easy to put up, and yet so much sturdier then some others I’ve used. I am very grateful to Impact Canopies, worth every penny!

They have ther BEST canopy gutters going. I have tried most all others from just about every manucaturer of canopy tents and these are by far the best!!! I have tailgated for over 20 years and finally someone has made one that is large enough with enough velcro straps to hold it tight to work as a gutter should. Used the 20 footers and by having a slight slope on them, we did not have to mess with it once. It drained like a gutter on the house, we were amazed. The normal routine with all the others is that the water sits in certain areas that you have to work it on down the gutter by hand and generally the water spills over and onto people standing nearby when crowded under the canopies - we have 4 10X 20's together. These gutters by Impact canopies have enough material that they can hang down further allowing you to put a nice slope on them for the water to drain easily to the end. They collect it all and it works beautifully. Do yourself a favor and forget trying the others and buy these, you will be surprised with how well they work - well worth the cost.

Just wanted to share because I know many people that string together several tents are as tired as I am of getting wet in trying to work with those smaller gutters being sold.

I ordered a time-sensitive set of banners and tent hardware, and UPS delayed the delivery date; The Impact team (Anne specifically) worked super hard to expedite a new order to us just in time. The quality is also great. I couldn't be happier!

Absolutely obsessed With my custom Director chair! This is such a comfortable, easy to clean chair for the track or the beach. The process With dealing with the sales rep & graphic team was amazing they brought my idea to life! I would hands-down highly recommend impact canopy for all your custom needs! My Impact Rep stopped communication during our editing/proofing process which wasn't so surprising since before that it took at least 3 days for Luis Curiel to respond, thankfully I had been shopping Westshade as well, not only did their design blow away what Impact attempted they responded rapidly every time.

Impact canopy is awesome! We have a couple of the bungee chairs, well one had broke. They are replacing it free of charge! The process was so simple and straight to the point.
