Bobby was very helpful with all our needs. He didn’t try to push more expensive products when we explained what we were looking for. He was very friendly and appreciative of our business. Would go see him again in the future.

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Howard's Appliances Inc. at their Corona location. During their Labor Day sales, I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and an LG washer and an LG dryer. The salesperson, Robert, assured me that Howard's would price match lower prices I found on Home Depot's website, which was a key reason I chose to make the purchase there.
However, when my delivery arrived on September 28, I received an Amana dryer instead of the LG dryer I ordered. I had never heard of Amana and did not agree to any substitution, so I refused the delivery. Howard's agreed to take it back and deliver the correct LG model.
The situation took a turn when I followed up on September 29. Robert suddenly began blaming me for the issue, claiming I needed to pay the price difference between the Amana dryer (which I never ordered) and the LG dryer. On top of that, he said I would have to either pay this difference or face a 25% restocking fee. He also informed me that even if I paid the difference, the LG dryer would take over two weeks to be delivered.
Robert referred me to a manager named Armando. Despite my repeated attempts to contact him, I never received a response. Later, I was informed by another salesperson, Jody, that Armando refused to engage with my case and that it would be escalated to a regional manager. I waited for two days with no response.
When I contacted Robert again on October 1 to follow up, he promised that a manager would call me back. However, he abruptly hung up, and as of now(Oct. 12), no one from Howard's has reached out to resolve this issue. I am still waiting for my dryer. I feel that Howard's Appliances has handled this situation in a highly unprofessional manner, with misleading sales practices, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability.

I can't recommend this appliance store enough! My experience was exceptional from start to finish, thanks largely to their incredible product specialist, Bobby Thirkill. When our refrigerator went out, I walked into the store around 10:30 a.m., and Bobby was immediately there to assist. His enthusiasm, courtesy, and helpfulness were outstanding. He guided me through the selection process with genuine care and expertise, ensuring I found the perfect replacement for the right price. I made sure to express to him my budget and he helped me make my selection for the right value!
By 2:00 p.m. after I finished shopping around, I was back in the store purchasing a new refrigerator, which was delivered the very next morning at 10:30 a.m! The whole process was seamless and efficient, and Bobby's dedication made it a truly great experience. I'll definitely be recommending this store to friends and family. If you need appliances and top-notch service, this is the place to go!

This review is on behalf of my elderly mother Kristina Costello. I only left one star because it’s not an option to leave none. My mom’s refrigerator stopped working, and on the advice of her brother she went to Howard’s to find a new refrigerator. My brother went with my mother to ensure that she found a good product. Jim assisted them and kept insisting on a specific refrigerator, which my Mother and my Brother told him that they were not interested in that particular refrigerator, and showed him the refrigerator that they did want. They ordered the refrigerator and a washing machine. Once the refrigerator was delivered and set up she realized it was not the refrigerator that she wanted, rather it was the one that Jim kept insisting on her purchasing. She called immediately, and was told she was going to be charged a restocking fee for the fridge that she did not want, and it took 3 days to get the refrigerator that she actually ordered. Upon reviewing the invoice they realized he charged her for the refrigerator that she didn’t want, which was more expensive. She has called numerous times to get reimbursed for the difference, and has not heard back from them. She tried going in person, but they said they could sell her something else and give her a discount to make up for it, but she is not inclined to purchase anything from them ever again. She was charged for the wrong item, the wrong item was delivered, then she was charged a restocking fee for their mistake and still has not been reimbursed for the difference in cost. I highly recommend that you do not purchase anything from this company, as they have proven to not be a reputable company and took advantage of the fact that my mom is elderly.

Got there at 10AM. Only employee "working". Offering me things not available. Wasted time, money driving west on 91 freeway from Riverside. When I walked out was wished "have a nice day" which basicly means F.U.

We were pleased with quick delivery and were able to have unusable old refrigerator set on curb and removed. Our salesman Bob at Howards in Corona, was helpful and we were happy with the purchase.

We went to the store to look, and Jim was accommodating and did not pressure us. We purchased a floor-model refrigerator and bought an extended warranty on it. We asked Jim if he could plug it in overnight to ensure it was working. Thank you Howards

Howard's has always been our place to come when we have needed appliances. We have worked with Bobby Thirkill several times and he's never steered us wrong. He's helpful without being pushy. I'll be needing a stove soon and I'll be back to Howard's and will be looking for Bobby Thirkills assistance again.

WOW, what a great experience! The prices are great and they have a wide selection of products. Howard's offers great extended warranties and free delivery. The experience was made even better by Product Specialist Bobby Thirkill. Bobby was very knowledgeable about the ranges I was considering and there was NO sales pressure. Bobby is the type of employee businesses need! He's friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I will return here for my next appliance purchase. Great experience
