I wouldn't mind shopping here again. Although sometimes it is beyond hard to find help from an employee as either they don't have any on the floor always busy . I suggest that you look up the item You're looking for and you can go on their site and look up It's location and the aisle number.

Home Depot is really hitting the Exceptional Level of Failure. Corona HD used to be 100% on it. Now they're 100% off it. We used to use this Home Depot almost exclusively in Corona since we had moved to Riverside. Just recently we had gone inside to buy a brand new screen security door for our front door one of the mesh Titan doors. When I arrived there was no one in the door department to help us we waited for approximately 15 minutes and flagged down several other orange apron wearing employees who all give us the song and dance of "yes we'll send somebody to help you." Half an hour later still no one had showed. So at this point my wife and I went to the front of the store to the pro service counter and we're locate two employees having fun having a conversation behind the counter one of which was a manager. We advise them on what we had wanted to do they told us because of short staffing no one was in the door department and would not be able to help us. But they would do what they could and they allowed us to order online IN the store on a Home Depot computer our order for a door.

I'm very disappointed, I just wasted 1hr in traffic from one home depot to the other . . I checked online for the spray paint I needed . At both locations it showed it was on stock . . They really need to update their inventory and not waste people's time.

Stay away! This is a horrible store to get into or out of. There are only a couple of parking lot entrances. I have been trapped in gridlocked traffic for an hour and am nowhere near the exit. I hope I get out before dark today. Seriously, this shopping center is horrible.

I just want to say that I had just moved into the area a year ago and it was so pleasure to have such a great experience with the awesome customer service over here at the Home Depot. Michael especially went out of his way besides he say self check out person which unfortunately I did not get their name. Super nice friendly and went out of their way to help me. Thank you so much Michael!

I would definitely recommend doing your shopping somewhere else. I went in here to get a Christmas present for my husband and had the picture pulled up of what I needed, the model number, and where it was. I asked in associate for help and they attempted to page someone over, 3 times and no one ever came. So I went to the front desk where I went to the only person not wearing the Home Depot apron, I assume was lower management, she had a black sweatshirt, glasses, and a crap ton of keys dangling from her pants, and I asked her for help getting a tool, she then whispers to the person next to her I don't have time for this, that isn't even my department, and then starts walking over to the aisle I asked for help on. Then when we get there it's not on the bottom shelf which is totally fine, so I start looking near the top racks, and she walks away for about 10 seconds, and comes back around the corner goes "she said if there's none at the bottom then we don't have any even if it says we have them in stock" who is "she"?? So after she wasted my time, I decided to look on the top racks myself and what did I see? 3 of the exact item I needed. Just Like it said they had in stock. I matched the SKU and model number myself. And I still couldn't get them down because they were locked at the top too. Decided to leave and I'll spend my money elsewhere

I'm giving this review 5 stars because of Will from Plumbing he did such a great job at directing with great Knowledge and as a lot of you may know.... Home Depot and Lowe's when it comes to customer service You're better off getting lost and finding rather than asking. If it would've been for the first help we got that was 1 with attitude I would've 1 star'd this but Will was so helpful and reminded me of Christmas.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Uriel, who apparently is the supervisor but should not be, has ZERO Customer Service skills doesn't care what the customer has to say. I went in to get a refund on an item we bought, and he refunded us only partial even though the whole purchase was returned. He didn't care what receipts we had, he just said he couldn't do anything and tried to explain we bought other things on the receipt even though the other things were paid separately. I felt like I was being pranked with how non-chalant he was about the whole situation. It wasn't a couple dollars for the refund that was owed, it was over a couple hundred dollars. NEVER will I ever go back here again. Stay away from this store and go to the Home Depot on Ontario where the associates actually care about their customers.

Came here to get plumbing equipment and a toilet, I asked for help and got all the information I needed. The staff was super friendly. As I was checking out another staff member asked if I wanted to apply for credit card there and I would get $75 bucks off my first purchase. I applied and got the discount for that same purchase. Easy peezy, lemon squeezy

I've been a dedicated home depot shopper my whole life. I have always preferred hd over the competition, but after visiting the McKinley store today, I can say Home Depot will never get another dime out of me. I looked online to see which welders this specific store had in stock. Site says 3 in inventory. After searching the welder isle for 20 minutes myself, I attempted to find an associate for assistance. All associates were caught up in conversation with others employees. I asked 3 times for assistance in the isle. 25 minutes after my third inquiry an associate shows up. I showed him on the hd app, that their inventory showed 3 of these welders in which I couldn't find 1. He advised his phone was dead and couldn't look anything up (NOT "let me go get another phone or battery") he continued to tell me they don't have that sku without even looking for it at all. I scanned 2 other welder sku which inventory showed an additional 3 per sku. NOTHING TO BE FOUND! The associate then began to tell me it's management's job to alter inventory discrepancies, but they don't do it. So I asked to speak to a manager. 25 minutes later, still no manager. I ordered a welder online at lowes while waiting for any support from HD. I never saw a manager, nor have ever experienced anything like this from a company that should be providing exceptional customer service. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT HOME DEPOT AND WILL ADVISE ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO DO THE SAME. THIS IS RIDICULOUS SUPPORT. I actually found the welder $10 cheaper through lowes, so it works out for me. SHAME ON HOME DEPOT ON MCKINLEY!

Delivery was scheduled today Saturday July 17. They brought everything except the grill. Now they’re telling me it won’t be delivered until Wednesday July 21. Spoke to the store and they said there’s nothing they can do to have it delivered today. Very disappointed.

Spoke to the store and they said there's nothing they can do to have it delivered today even though they have the grill assembled and ready to go. I even received a confirmation email saying all of my items were delivered. Having people over today for a barbecue but the grill didn't show up. Very disappointed.

Love coming to this location! The staff is always super friendly and quick to help me when I look obviously confused!!! On top of all this the store is always super orderly and clean and their products are easy to find!!
